中學(xué)生物教學(xué)中的德育滲透研究

【摘要】:隨著時(shí)代的進(jìn)步和教育的不斷改革、發(fā)展,以及新課程標(biāo)準(zhǔn)明確提出要對(duì)學(xué)生進(jìn)行情感態(tài)度價(jià)值觀(guān)的教育,黨和國(guó)家在對(duì)人才的培養(yǎng)上不僅提出了知識(shí)能力要求,更希望學(xué)校能培育出德智體美勞全面發(fā)展的人才,因此德育工作在現(xiàn)如今的教育中越來(lái)越重要,德育教育越來(lái)越成為素質(zhì)教育的一項(xiàng)重要內(nèi)容。生物學(xué)科是一門(mén)十分重要的學(xué)科,并且其具備十分重要的德育功能!读x務(wù)教育生物課程標(biāo)準(zhǔn)》和《普通高中生物課程標(biāo)準(zhǔn)(實(shí)驗(yàn))》的課程目標(biāo)明確規(guī)定:對(duì)學(xué)生進(jìn)行辯證唯物主義世界觀(guān)的教育和愛(ài)國(guó)主義的教育;培養(yǎng)學(xué)生理論聯(lián)系實(shí)際,實(shí)事求是的科學(xué)態(tài)度;培養(yǎng)學(xué)生遵紀(jì)守法、文明禮貌、自尊自愛(ài)、與他人協(xié)同活動(dòng)的良好品格等[1]-[2]。在生物教學(xué)中滲透德育教育,不僅能達(dá)到較好的德育效果,而且能提高學(xué)生對(duì)生物科學(xué)的興趣,從而使得學(xué)生獲得更多的知識(shí)和能力,同時(shí)又能成為品學(xué)兼優(yōu)的人才。本文以四川省南充高中、南充一中、嘉陵一中為對(duì)象進(jìn)行了生物學(xué)科德育滲透情況的現(xiàn)狀調(diào)查。調(diào)查發(fā)現(xiàn)學(xué)科德育滲透已逐漸受各位教學(xué)一線(xiàn)工作者的重視,生物教師在中學(xué)生物教學(xué)中,也在有意識(shí)的進(jìn)行德育滲透,并取得了一定的成效,但同時(shí)也暴露出了許多問(wèn)題。除了對(duì)學(xué)生進(jìn)行問(wèn)卷調(diào)查,筆者還通過(guò)訪(fǎng)談法與部分生物教師就“生物學(xué)科德育滲透”這一問(wèn)題進(jìn)行了交流,以及閱讀了大量的相關(guān)文獻(xiàn),總結(jié)出了中學(xué)生物教學(xué)中德育滲透存在的諸多問(wèn)題:雖然生物學(xué)科德育滲透開(kāi)始受到生物教師的重視,但重視程度還不夠,也并沒(méi)有受到所有生物老師的重視;對(duì)教材挖掘不夠,德育內(nèi)容單一;“說(shuō)教式”德育滲透,未能發(fā)揮學(xué)生的主體作用;許多一線(xiàn)生物教師表明,盡管知道知道生物學(xué)科有德育滲透功能,明白生物學(xué)科德育滲透的重要性,但因?yàn)槿狈哂兄笇?dǎo)性的生物學(xué)科德育滲透體系,使德育滲透工作真正實(shí)施起來(lái)有一定的困難。針對(duì)以上問(wèn)題,筆者提出了相應(yīng)的解決對(duì)策。包括:行為世范,發(fā)揮教師人格魅力的德育功能;立足文本,深挖教材進(jìn)行德育滲透;以學(xué)生為主體,發(fā)揮學(xué)生的自我教育功能;利用多樣化的德育滲透形式,激發(fā)學(xué)生的興趣;構(gòu)建系統(tǒng)的生物學(xué)科德育體系。最后,筆者就如何在生物學(xué)科中進(jìn)行德育滲透提供了兩份完整的生物教學(xué)設(shè)計(jì),初中、高中各一份,供各位一線(xiàn)生物教師參考。
[Abstract]:With the progress of the times and the continuous reform of education, and the new curriculum standards clearly put forward to the emotional attitude and values of students education, the Party and the country in the cultivation of talents not only put forward the requirement of knowledge and ability. It is hoped that the school can cultivate talents who can develop in an all-round way, so moral education is becoming more and more important in today's education, and moral education is becoming an important part of quality education. Biology is a very important discipline. And it has a very important function of moral education. The curriculum objectives of the Biology Curriculum Standard of compulsory Education and the Biology Curriculum Standard of General Senior Middle School (experiment) clearly stipulate that students should be taught the dialectical materialistic worldview. Education in education and patriotism; To cultivate students' scientific attitude of combining theory with practice and seeking truth from facts; to cultivate students' good character of abiding by law, being polite, self-respect and self-respect, and cooperating with others [1]-[2]. The infiltration of moral education in biology teaching can not only achieve better moral education effect, but also enhance students' interest in biological science, so that students can acquire more knowledge and ability, at the same time, they can become talents of both moral and academic excellence. Taking Nanchong High School, Nanchong No. 1 Middle School and Jialing No. 1 Middle School in Sichuan Province as the objects, this paper investigates the current situation of the infiltration of moral education in biological disciplines. The investigation found that the subject moral education permeation has been gradually attached importance to by the teachers of biology in middle school biology teaching, but also consciously carried out the moral education infiltration, and achieved certain results, but also exposed a lot of problems. In addition to the questionnaire survey of students, the author also conducted interviews with some biology teachers on the issue of "infiltration of moral education in biology", and read a large number of relevant documents. This paper summarizes many problems existing in the infiltration of moral education in biology teaching in middle schools: although the infiltration of moral education in biology has begun to receive the attention of biology teachers, the degree of attention is not enough, nor has it been attached importance to by all biological teachers; The content of moral education is single, the "preaching" of moral education infiltrates, and the students' main role is not brought into full play. Many first-line biology teachers have shown that although they know that biology has the function of moral education penetration and understand the importance of biological discipline moral education penetration, but because of the lack of a guiding biology discipline moral education infiltration system, It is difficult to carry out the infiltration of moral education. In view of the above problems, the author puts forward the corresponding solutions. It includes: the moral education function of teachers' personality charm, the penetration of moral education based on the text, the students as the main body, and the self-education function of the students. To stimulate students' interest by using diversified forms of moral education, and to construct a systematic system of moral education in biology. Finally, the author provides two complete biological teaching designs on how to carry out moral education infiltration in biology subject, one for junior middle school and one for senior high school, for the reference of first-line biology teachers.
