【摘要】：中學生籃球聯(lián)賽的未來水平,也預示著我國籃球未來的運動水平。如何加快中學籃球訓練和賽制改革的步伐,加強對籃球后備人才的培養(yǎng),對我國籃球水平的提高起到舉足輕重作用。中學生籃球隊伍是籃球后備人才隊伍建設的核心,起到了向上輸送人才,向下培養(yǎng)人才的重要作用。湘鄂兩省地理位置比鄰,人口數(shù)量及經(jīng)濟發(fā)展水平相當,兩省均沒有籃球職業(yè)俱樂部,而且都是湘鄂兩省高校高水平籃球隊的重要生源省份,湘鄂兩省有部分高校在兩省若干個中學均建高水平體育后備人才基地。研究兩省的中學生籃球運動現(xiàn)狀及發(fā)展對促進湘鄂兩省高校高水平籃球隊的建設具有深遠和實際意義。本文運用文獻資料法、問卷調(diào)查法、訪談調(diào)查法、和比較分析法等研究方法,調(diào)查內(nèi)容包括參賽隊伍情況、年齡、性別、級別、訓練情況、教練評價、升學等,分析湖北和湖南兩省在2013年中學生籃球比賽參賽隊伍的現(xiàn)狀,研究兩省開展中學籃球運動的優(yōu)勢和特點,尋求影響湘、鄂兩省中學生籃球運動發(fā)展的制約因素,并提出相應的對策,為湘、鄂兩省籃球主管部門的決策規(guī)劃,教練的訓練、選材提供科學依據(jù),最終得出以下結(jié)論,以供參考。湘鄂兩省開展中學籃球運動的四個優(yōu)勢:(1)兩省均有良好的區(qū)域優(yōu)勢和熱愛籃球的傳統(tǒng),為籃球活動的開展建立的牢固的支撐臺。(2)領導管理機制的改革為籃球活動開展提供了保障性,是得兩省中學生籃球發(fā)展更具有規(guī)范性、科學性、延續(xù)性和系統(tǒng)性。(3)各個部門的支持與協(xié)作,為教育系統(tǒng)順利開展各種籃球活動奠定了堅實的基礎和保障。(4)湘鄂兩省中學生籃球發(fā)展具有雄厚的競賽和裁判隊伍,完全具備了高水平籃球競賽的組織及裁判工作的能力。湘鄂兩省中學生籃球運動的發(fā)展呈現(xiàn)出的四個特點:(1)湘鄂兩省中學生籃球聯(lián)賽通過多年的努力,已成為開展最為廣泛、參與人群最多的運動項目,普及范圍更加廣泛。(2)運動員的身體素質(zhì)和基本技術、球隊的戰(zhàn)術運用和整體配合質(zhì)量、比賽的對抗程度和精彩程度以及觀賞性都有大幅度的改善和提高。(3)湘鄂兩省重視籃球聯(lián)賽的影響力已經(jīng)輻射到兩省各個社會領域,深受廣大青少年和社會各界群眾的推崇和喜愛,社會程度不斷提高。(4)在中學生聯(lián)賽的帶動下教體兩大體系之間的人才交流也日益活躍。學校聘請或引進專業(yè)教練,隊伍訓練水平有了大幅度提高,體教結(jié)合步伐加快。
[Abstract]:The future level of middle school basketball league also indicates the future level of basketball in our country. How to speed up the reform of basketball training and competition system in middle school, strengthen the training of basketball reserve talents, and play an important role in the improvement of basketball level in our country. The basketball team of middle school students is the core of the construction of basketball reserve talents, which plays an important role in transporting talents up and training talents down. Hunan and Hubei provinces are close to each other in terms of geographical location, population and level of economic development. Neither province has a professional basketball club, and both provinces are important provinces of high level basketball teams in colleges and universities in Hunan and Hubei provinces. Some colleges and universities in Hunan and Hubei provinces have established high level sports reserve talent bases in several middle schools of the two provinces. It is of profound and practical significance to study the present situation and development of middle school students' basketball in the two provinces to promote the construction of high-level basketball teams in colleges and universities in Hunan and Hubei provinces. This paper uses the methods of literature, questionnaire, interview and comparative analysis. The contents of the investigation include the situation of the participating teams, age, sex, grade, training, coach evaluation, promotion, etc. This paper analyzes the present situation of the basketball competition teams of middle school students in Hubei and Hunan provinces in 2013, studies the advantages and characteristics of developing middle school basketball in the two provinces, and looks for the restrictive factors that affect the development of middle school basketball in Hunan and Hubei provinces. The corresponding countermeasures are put forward to provide the scientific basis for the decision-making planning of the competent departments of basketball in Hunan and Hubei provinces, the training of coaches and the selection of materials. Finally, the following conclusions are drawn for reference. The four advantages of developing middle school basketball in Hunan and Hubei provinces are as follows: (1) both provinces have good regional advantages and the tradition of loving basketball; (2) the reform of the leadership management mechanism provides guarantee for the development of basketball activities, and it is concluded that the development of middle school students basketball in the two provinces is more normative and scientific. Continuity and systematization. (3) the support and cooperation of various departments have laid a solid foundation and guarantee for the education system to carry out various basketball activities smoothly. (4) the development of middle school students' basketball in Hunan and Hubei provinces has a strong team of competition and referees. Fully equipped with a high level of basketball competition and the ability to organize referee work. The development of middle school students basketball in Hunan and Hubei provinces shows four characteristics: (1) through many years' efforts, Hunan and Hubei middle school students basketball league has become the most widely developed sport with the largest number of participants. The scope of popularization is wider. (2) athletes' physical quality and basic skills, the tactical use of the team and the overall quality of coordination, The degree of confrontation, the degree of excellence and the appreciation of the competition have greatly improved and improved. (3) the influence of the Hunan and Hubei provinces to attach importance to the basketball league has already radiated into the various social fields of the two provinces. Deeply respected and loved by young people and the masses of all walks of life, the social level is constantly improving. (4) the exchange of talents between the two systems of teaching and sports is becoming more and more active under the drive of middle school students league. School hired or introduced professional coaches, team training level has been greatly improved, sports and education to accelerate the pace of integration.
