新課程標(biāo)準(zhǔn)背景下貴州省黔東南州民族中學(xué)體育教學(xué)現(xiàn)狀的調(diào)查研究

【摘要】:素質(zhì)教育是以提高國民素質(zhì)為基本宗旨,以全面提高全體學(xué)生基本素質(zhì)為根本目的,重點(diǎn)培養(yǎng)學(xué)生的創(chuàng)新精神和實踐能力的教育。新課程標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的基本內(nèi)涵反映了素質(zhì)教育的根本目的和基本要求,是實施素質(zhì)教育的基本途徑。黔東南少數(shù)民族自治州位于貴州省的東南部,經(jīng)濟(jì)還有待發(fā)展,新課程標(biāo)準(zhǔn)有關(guān)規(guī)定指出,要加大對貧困地區(qū)和少數(shù)民族地區(qū)的義務(wù)教育扶持力度。全面了解黔東南少數(shù)民族自治州體育教學(xué)的現(xiàn)狀,促進(jìn)體育課程改革在少數(shù)民族地區(qū)的不斷深化,是國家方針政策對少數(shù)民族地區(qū)的基本要求。采用文獻(xiàn)資料法、問卷調(diào)查法、訪談法、數(shù)理統(tǒng)計法、邏輯分析法對黔東南少數(shù)民族自治州15所民族中學(xué)新課標(biāo)實施后的體育教學(xué)現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行了調(diào)查研究。結(jié)果表明:1黔東南民族中學(xué)部分學(xué)校領(lǐng)導(dǎo)存在對體育課程改革關(guān)注不夠,體育學(xué)科的思想意識存在一定的偏差。2黔東南民族中學(xué)體育教師學(xué)歷基本符合體育教學(xué)的需求,但高學(xué)歷體育教師較少,體育教學(xué)科研水平相對較低,職稱普遍較低。3黔東南民族中學(xué)的場地設(shè)施建設(shè)相對較好,但還存在一定程度的欠缺,場地建設(shè)、器材配備與學(xué)校的發(fā)展規(guī)模不協(xié)調(diào)。4黔東南民族中學(xué)體育教師對新課標(biāo)的理念了解情況較好,但對于如何落實新課程標(biāo)準(zhǔn)處于探索階段。5教學(xué)目標(biāo)的設(shè)置已呈多元化,但不夠具體、明確,對于課堂教學(xué)目標(biāo)的達(dá)成無法進(jìn)行檢測;多元的體育教學(xué)評價也已有所嘗試與應(yīng)用。6體育教學(xué)內(nèi)容以傳統(tǒng)教學(xué)項目為主,缺少生活體育、民族體育等與生活相關(guān)內(nèi)容,體育教學(xué)內(nèi)容的開展與新課程標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的目標(biāo)要求還存在一定的差距。最后,根據(jù)上述研究結(jié)論,提出以下建議:1.改變學(xué)校領(lǐng)導(dǎo)觀念,加強(qiáng)體育教師人才的引進(jìn),注重學(xué)校體育教師的培養(yǎng);2.開發(fā)教學(xué)內(nèi)容,靈活應(yīng)對場地器材不足;3.統(tǒng)籌兼顧的具體落實教學(xué)目標(biāo);4.增加實施新課標(biāo)行為培訓(xùn),指導(dǎo)教學(xué)行為;5.開發(fā)教學(xué)內(nèi)容,完善評價體系。
[Abstract]:Quality education is to improve the national quality as the basic purpose, to improve the basic quality of all students as the fundamental purpose, focusing on the cultivation of students' innovative spirit and practical ability education. The basic connotation of the new curriculum standard reflects the basic purpose and requirement of quality education and is the basic way to carry out quality education. Qiandongnan minority autonomous prefecture is located in the southeast of Guizhou province, and the economy needs to be developed. The new curriculum standard points out that the compulsory education should be given more support to the poverty-stricken areas and minority areas. It is the basic requirement of the national policy to understand the present situation of physical education teaching in Southeast Guizhou Autonomous Prefecture and to promote the reform of physical education curriculum in minority areas. Using the methods of literature, questionnaire, interview, mathematical statistics and logic analysis, the present situation of physical education teaching after the implementation of the new curriculum standard of 15 ethnic minority schools in Southeast Guizhou Autonomous Prefecture was investigated and studied. The results showed that: (1) the leaders of some middle schools in Southeast Guizhou did not pay enough attention to the reform of physical education curriculum, and there were some deviations in the ideological consciousness of physical education subjects. 2 the educational background of PE teachers in Qiandongnan ethnic middle schools basically met the needs of physical education teaching. However, there are few PE teachers with high academic qualifications, relatively low level of physical education teaching and scientific research, and relatively low professional titles. 3 the construction of site facilities in Qiandongnan ethnic middle school is relatively good, but there is still a certain degree of deficiency in the construction of the site. The equipment and equipment are not in harmony with the development scale of the school. 4 the PE teachers in Qiandongnan ethnic middle school have a better understanding of the idea of the new curriculum standard, but they are in the exploratory stage of how to implement the new curriculum standard. 5 the setting of teaching objectives has been diversified. However, it is not specific and clear enough to detect the achievement of classroom teaching goals. The pluralistic evaluation of physical education teaching has also been tried and applied. 6 the content of physical education is based on traditional teaching items, lacking of life sports, national sports and other related contents related to life. There is still a certain gap between the development of physical education content and the target requirements of the new curriculum standard. Finally, according to the above conclusions, the following suggestions are put forward: 1. Change school leadership concept, strengthen the introduction of physical education teachers, pay attention to the training of school physical education teachers; 2. Development of teaching content, flexible response to inadequate venues and equipment; 3. To carry out the teaching objectives in a comprehensive and balanced manner; 4. Increase the implementation of the new curriculum standard behavior training to guide teaching behavior; 5. Develop teaching content and perfect evaluation system.
