【摘要】：本文以A中學(xué)高中數(shù)學(xué)初任教師為研究對(duì)象,應(yīng)用臨床視導(dǎo)之相關(guān)理論,旨在討論實(shí)施臨床視導(dǎo)對(duì)高中數(shù)學(xué)初任教師教學(xué)效能的影響。因此,本研究首先闡述臨床視導(dǎo)相關(guān)理論與教學(xué)效能之內(nèi)涵;其次通過(guò)臨床視導(dǎo)的實(shí)施,分析臨床視導(dǎo)實(shí)施過(guò)程、實(shí)施中視導(dǎo)人員與教師的互動(dòng)溝通方式、影響臨床視導(dǎo)模式實(shí)施的因素、實(shí)施臨床視導(dǎo)對(duì)教師教學(xué)效能產(chǎn)生的影響等。本研究使用臨床視導(dǎo)技巧的(1)教學(xué)專業(yè)發(fā)展評(píng)鑒系統(tǒng)(2)在工作中(3)語(yǔ)言流動(dòng)(4)佛蘭德互動(dòng)分析系統(tǒng)等觀察工具,以觀察前會(huì)談-教學(xué)觀察-回饋會(huì)談持續(xù)循環(huán)的模式進(jìn)行,采用了個(gè)案研究法,并利用觀察法、半結(jié)構(gòu)訪談法、文件分析等方法進(jìn)行資料搜集與交叉檢核。本研究獲得以下的主要研究結(jié)果:一、實(shí)施臨床視導(dǎo)后,初任教師的教學(xué)效能有明顯成長(zhǎng);二、教師在經(jīng)過(guò)臨床視導(dǎo)的過(guò)程之后,自我評(píng)價(jià)隨之提升;三、臨床視導(dǎo)的三個(gè)步驟——觀察前會(huì)談、教室觀察、回饋會(huì)談均有其必要性;四、若教室觀察時(shí)間足夠長(zhǎng),則可同時(shí)使用兩種觀察工具;五、傳統(tǒng)的攝影機(jī)因其威脅性較大,可用iPad代替。觀察前會(huì)談和回饋會(huì)談都可使用錄音筆來(lái)輔助記錄;六、回饋會(huì)談期間:若同時(shí)使用兩種觀察工具,則教室觀察與回饋會(huì)談之間應(yīng)間隔一定時(shí)間來(lái)讓研究者處理觀察資料;七、教師的進(jìn)取態(tài)度、視導(dǎo)人員與教師之間的情誼是臨床視導(dǎo)的關(guān)鍵因素;視導(dǎo)人員最好與教師任教同一科目。最后,根據(jù)文獻(xiàn)綜述與研究結(jié)論,提出相關(guān)建議,供教育行政機(jī)關(guān)、學(xué)校、教師以及未來(lái)研究之參考。
[Abstract]:This paper aims to discuss the effect of clinical visual guidance on the teaching effectiveness of mathematics beginners in A middle school by applying the theory of clinical visual guidance. Therefore, this study first expounds the connotation of clinical visual guidance related theory and teaching effectiveness, secondly, through the implementation of clinical visual guidance, analyzes the process of clinical visual guidance implementation, the interactive communication between visual guide personnel and teachers. The factors that affect the implementation of clinical visual guidance mode and the effect of clinical visual guidance on teachers' teaching effectiveness. This study uses clinical visual guidance techniques (1) teaching professional development evaluation system (2) in the work (3) language flow (4) Flemish interactive analysis system and other observation tools to observe the pattern of continuous cycle of pre-talk-teaching observation-feedback talks. Case study method, observation method, semi-structure interview method and document analysis method were used to collect and cross-check the data. The main results of this study are as follows: first, after the implementation of clinical visual guidance, the teaching effectiveness of the initial teachers has significantly increased; second, after the process of clinical visual guidance, the self-evaluation of teachers has improved; third, The three steps of clinical visual guidance-pre-observation talks, classroom observation, feedback talks-are all necessary; fourth, if the classroom observation time is long enough, two observation tools can be used at the same time; fifthly, traditional cameras are more threatening because of their threat. It can be replaced by iPad. Both pre-observation talks and feedback talks can be recorded with a recording pen; sixth, during the feedback talks: if two observation tools are used at the same time, there should be a certain interval between the classroom observation and the feedback talks to allow the researcher to process the observation data; The teachers' enterprising attitude and the friendship between the teachers and the teachers are the key factors of clinical visual guidance, and it is better for them to teach the same subject as the teachers. Finally, according to the literature review and research conclusions, some suggestions are put forward for reference of educational administration, schools, teachers and future research.
