【摘要】：烏魯木齊市第七十中學(xué)男子籃球隊(duì)的成績在新疆自治區(qū)籃球發(fā)展史是突出的,在整個(gè)新疆自治區(qū)是比較出名的。通過對烏魯木齊市第七十中學(xué)男子籃球隊(duì)取得成功的調(diào)查分析,找出該校男子籃球隊(duì)成功的原因,影響該校男子籃球隊(duì)成功發(fā)展的因素,進(jìn)行總結(jié)分析,提出成功發(fā)展的建議。為整個(gè)新疆自治區(qū)高中籃球的發(fā)展提供學(xué)習(xí)和參考。經(jīng)過調(diào)查分析得出結(jié)論:1.從高薪聘請籃球隊(duì)教練員、給籃球隊(duì)擴(kuò)大招生名額、投入大量資金保證籃球隊(duì)的日常需要等等,足能體現(xiàn)出七十中學(xué)校領(lǐng)導(dǎo)對籃球隊(duì)給予了大力扶植,使七十中男子籃球隊(duì)取得成功有一個(gè)堅(jiān)實(shí)的物質(zhì)基礎(chǔ)。2.教練員是一個(gè)成功球隊(duì)的核心,烏魯木齊市第七十中男子籃球隊(duì)教練員李河他執(zhí)教七十中以來獲得全疆冠軍4次,市冠軍6次,率隊(duì)第一次代表自治區(qū)參加全國高中籃球聯(lián)賽。從李河教練帶隊(duì)獲得的成就可以看出一個(gè)好的教練、精湛的專業(yè)知識、以及積累的經(jīng)驗(yàn)對一個(gè)籃球隊(duì)取得成功以及對運(yùn)動員的影響是至關(guān)重要的。3.長期堅(jiān)持系統(tǒng)化的訓(xùn)練才能使運(yùn)動成績得到提高,七十中男子籃球隊(duì)有一套完整的訓(xùn)練計(jì)劃,隊(duì)員每天都按照計(jì)劃進(jìn)行訓(xùn)練,腳踏實(shí)地,使自己籃球技術(shù)提高的同時(shí)使整個(gè)球隊(duì)的技、戰(zhàn)術(shù)能力得到提高。在比賽中戰(zhàn)術(shù)配合運(yùn)用自如流暢,應(yīng)變能力強(qiáng)。這些是七十中男子籃球?qū)θ〉贸晒Φ年P(guān)鍵因素。4.七十中籃球隊(duì)面向全疆進(jìn)行招生,招生名額多,在對招生對象的身高、訓(xùn)練年限是有要求的。相比較烏魯木齊市其他幾所高中在籃球生源方面處于領(lǐng)先地位,保證了籃球隊(duì)的后備人才儲備,避免因主力隊(duì)員的畢業(yè)給球隊(duì)造成的影響。5.七十中男子籃球隊(duì)隊(duì)員能上大學(xué)已成為學(xué)校的一個(gè)特色項(xiàng)目,隊(duì)員有考進(jìn)北京大學(xué)、廈門大學(xué)、浙江大學(xué)等重點(diǎn)高校。全疆各地的籃球苗子慕名而來,籃球隊(duì)后備人才充足,使得七十中男子籃球隊(duì)形成一種可持續(xù)發(fā)展的模式。這種可持續(xù)發(fā)展的模式促使七十中男子籃球隊(duì)在各級比賽中取得優(yōu)異的成績。
[Abstract]:The achievement of the men's basketball team in the 70th Middle School of Urumqi is outstanding in the history of the development of basketball in Xinjiang Autonomous region, and is relatively famous in the whole Xinjiang Autonomous region. Through the investigation and analysis of the success of the men's basketball team in Urumqi No. 70 Middle School, this paper finds out the reasons for the success of the men's basketball team in this school, the factors that affect the successful development of the men's basketball team in this school, and makes a summary and analysis, and puts forward some suggestions for the successful development. For the development of senior high school basketball in Xinjiang Autonomous region to provide learning and reference. After investigation and analysis, the conclusion is: 1. Li he, the coach of the 70th Middle School Basketball team in Urumqi, has won four titles in Xinjiang and six times in the city, leading the team to participate in the National High School Basketball League for the first time on behalf of the autonomous region. From the achievements of coach Li he, we can see that a good coach, superb professional knowledge, and accumulated experience are crucial to the success of a basketball team and the impact on the players. Only by persisting in systematic training for a long time can our sports performance be improved. The 70 middle school men's basketball teams have a set of complete training plans. The players train according to the plan every day and keep their feet on the ground. To improve their basketball skills at the same time so that the entire team's technical, tactical ability to be improved.
