【摘要】：中小學(xué)生是祖國(guó)的未來,中小學(xué)生的健康關(guān)系國(guó)家富國(guó)強(qiáng)民的建設(shè)方針;學(xué)校體育是促進(jìn)中小學(xué)生身體健康發(fā)展的重要手段;體育課和大課間活動(dòng)是廣大學(xué)生進(jìn)行體育鍛煉的主要方式;霧霾天氣是中小學(xué)生體質(zhì)健康的殺手,霧霾天氣影響中小學(xué)生體育鍛煉的質(zhì)量,霧霾對(duì)中小學(xué)生體育鍛煉造成了不可忽視的影響。中小學(xué)生是祖國(guó)的未來,保護(hù)他們的身體健康,為提高中小學(xué)生健康有重要價(jià)值,是保護(hù)中小學(xué)生健康的重要課題,為今后能夠更好的開展體育教學(xué)提供理論支撐。通過了解太倉(cāng)市中小學(xué)霧霾天氣下的學(xué)生體育活動(dòng)現(xiàn)狀,采用文獻(xiàn)資料法、社會(huì)調(diào)查法數(shù)理統(tǒng)計(jì)法和邏輯分析等方法,對(duì)中小學(xué)生霧霾天參與體育鍛煉的現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行分析。結(jié)果表明:1、太倉(cāng)市中小學(xué)在霧霾天氣下的仍然進(jìn)行室外體育鍛煉的校園比例較大。2、小部分做的好的學(xué)校,有良好的計(jì)劃和措施,有相應(yīng)的對(duì)策的校園,主要原因是學(xué)校條件比較好,擁有較好的實(shí)施場(chǎng)地和室內(nèi)體育場(chǎng)館,并且室內(nèi)場(chǎng)館的使用率較高。3、太倉(cāng)市霧霾天氣下體育鍛煉措施實(shí)施情況初中和高中較好,小學(xué)情況相對(duì)較差。初中和高中學(xué)�；径加休^好的體育場(chǎng)地和室內(nèi)體育場(chǎng)館等場(chǎng)地設(shè)施,有良好的預(yù)防措施和組織場(chǎng)地;而小學(xué)學(xué)校數(shù)量偏多,小學(xué)學(xué)校所在農(nóng)村地區(qū)較多,經(jīng)濟(jì)條件比城區(qū)的條件差。太倉(cāng)市中小學(xué)應(yīng)對(duì)霧霾天學(xué)生體育鍛煉的學(xué)校意識(shí)淡薄。4、體育教師和學(xué)生對(duì)霧霾的危害了解的人群比例很高,但針對(duì)霧霾的體育鍛煉的意識(shí)和實(shí)際行動(dòng)沒有跟上思想,思想與實(shí)際操作不統(tǒng)一的局面造成學(xué)生對(duì)空氣污染下的體育鍛煉也無法積極實(shí)施。5、太倉(cāng)市中小學(xué)學(xué)校針對(duì)霧霾天氣的影響進(jìn)行補(bǔ)充體育鍛煉的不多。學(xué)生的身體素質(zhì)下降的其中的一個(gè)原因是學(xué)生的體育鍛煉的時(shí)間不足。
[Abstract]:Primary and middle school students are the future of the motherland, the health relationship of primary and secondary school students, the construction policy of rich country and strong people, school physical education is an important means to promote the healthy development of primary and middle school students; Physical education and large class activities are the main ways for students to exercise. Haze weather is the killer of physical health of primary and middle school students. Haze weather affects the quality of physical exercise of primary and middle school students. The haze has caused the unnegligible influence to the primary and middle school student's physical exercise. Primary and middle school students are the future of our country, to protect their physical health, to improve the health of primary and secondary school students have important value, is an important topic to protect the health of primary and secondary school students, and to provide theoretical support for better physical education in the future. Through understanding the present situation of students' physical activity in haze weather in primary and middle schools in Taicang City, this paper analyzes the present situation of students' participation in physical exercise on haze days in primary and middle schools by the methods of literature, social investigation, mathematical statistics and logic analysis. The results show that the proportion of schools in Taicang City that still have outdoor physical exercise under haze weather is higher than that in Taicang City, and a small number of schools that do well have good plans and measures, and there are corresponding countermeasures on the campuses. The main reasons are that the school conditions are relatively good, with better implementation sites and indoor sports venues, and the utilization rate of indoor venues is high .3. the implementation of physical exercise measures in haze weather in Taicang City is better than that in junior high schools and high schools. The situation in primary school is relatively poor. Middle and high schools basically have better sports venues, indoor sports venues and other facilities, with good preventive measures and organizing sites; while the number of primary schools is on the high side, and primary schools are located in more rural areas. Economic conditions are worse than those in urban areas. Taicang's primary and secondary schools have a weak awareness of physical training for students in haze days. The proportion of people who know about the harm of haze to PE teachers and students is very high, but the awareness and practical actions of physical exercise for haze have not kept up with the thinking. Due to the disunity of thought and practice, the students can not carry out the physical exercise under air pollution, and the Taicang primary and middle schools do not carry out the supplementary physical exercise according to the influence of haze weather. One of the reasons for the decline in students' physical fitness is the lack of time for physical exercise.
