【摘要】:人格教育是在傳授知識和技能的基礎上對學生的心理素質、價值觀念、非智力等方面進行培養(yǎng),使學生全面發(fā)展,形成健全而又獨立的人格。當前,世界各國教育都強調學生人格的培養(yǎng),既重視智力的開發(fā),又重視學生的情感態(tài)度、個性發(fā)展、創(chuàng)新意識與能力的培養(yǎng)。初中思想品德課是一門綜合性課程,它包括著政治理論、公民道德、時政熱點、文化生活等等,豐富的教學內容為開展人格教育提供了有利的教育資源。在思想品德課教學中加強人格教育既是素質教育的客觀要求,也是初中生身心發(fā)展的內在需要,有利于幫助學生樹立正確的人生觀,有利于幫助學生養(yǎng)成良好的道德品質,有利于幫助學生培養(yǎng)創(chuàng)造性思維,有利于幫助學生提高自主能力和交往能力,有利于實現(xiàn)思想品德課的教學目標。在教學實踐中,一些學校、教師和學生對人格教育的認識還存在誤區(qū),需要進一步提高思想認識,更新教育觀念,改進教學模式,調動教師和學生的主動性,以實現(xiàn)思想品德課教學與人格教育的完美融合。論文分為四部分:第一部分,明確了人格的基本概念和人格教育的內涵、內容和目標,同時闡述了中外人格教育的歷史發(fā)展。第二部分,主要從人格教育是素質教育的客觀要求、人格教育是初中生人格發(fā)展的內在需要、人格教育是課程改革的現(xiàn)實需要三個方面闡明了思想品德課教學中進行人格教育的必要性。第三部分,從學校、教師、學生三方面分析了影響思想品德課中人格教育實效性的不利因素。第四部分,根據(jù)思想品德課和人格教育的教學目標,從更新教學理念,發(fā)揮教師示范作用,改進教學模式等方面,探索思想品德課中加強人格教育的有效方法。
[Abstract]:Personality education is based on imparting knowledge and skills to cultivate students' psychological quality, value concept, non-intelligence and so on, so that students can develop in an all-round way and form a sound and independent personality. At present, education all over the world emphasizes the cultivation of students' personality, not only the development of intelligence, but also the cultivation of students' emotional attitude, personality development, innovation consciousness and ability. The ideological and moral course of junior high school is a comprehensive course, which includes political theory, civic morality, current political hot spots, cultural life and so on. The rich teaching content provides favorable educational resources for the development of personality education. Strengthening personality education in the course of ideological and moral education is not only an objective requirement of quality education, but also an inherent need for the physical and mental development of junior high school students. It is conducive to helping students to establish a correct outlook on life and to help students develop good moral qualities. It is beneficial to help students to cultivate creative thinking, to help students improve their ability of autonomy and communication, and to realize the teaching goal of ideological and moral course. In teaching practice, some schools, teachers and students still have some misunderstandings about personality education. Therefore, it is necessary to further improve the ideological understanding, renew the educational concept, improve the teaching model, and mobilize the initiative of teachers and students. In order to achieve the perfect integration of ideological and moral teaching and personality education. The thesis is divided into four parts: the first part clarifies the basic concept of personality and the connotation, content and goal of personality education, and expounds the historical development of personality education at home and abroad. The second part, mainly from the personality education is the quality education objective request, the personality education is the junior high school student personality development intrinsic need, Personality education is the realistic need of curriculum reform. This paper expounds the necessity of personality education in ideological and moral teaching. The third part analyzes the disadvantageous factors that affect the effectiveness of personality education in moral education from three aspects: school, teacher and student. The fourth part, according to the teaching goal of moral lesson and personality education, explores the effective methods of strengthening personality education in ideological and moral lesson from the aspects of renewing teaching idea, giving play to teachers' demonstration function and improving teaching mode.
