“一校一品”建設(shè)背景下榆樹市五中體操項(xiàng)目發(fā)展研究

【摘要】:“一校一品”是當(dāng)代學(xué)校辦學(xué)理念的一個(gè)新發(fā)展,人們認(rèn)識(shí)到了“千校一面”已經(jīng)不適應(yīng)于學(xué)校教育的長(zhǎng)足發(fā)展,不利于專項(xiàng)人才的培養(yǎng)。于是,在素質(zhì)教育改革的呼聲中,許多學(xué)校紛紛開啟特色辦學(xué)道路,挖掘自己學(xué)校的那一“品”。目前,我國(guó)各地也有了一些優(yōu)秀的“一校一品”學(xué)校案例,但是相對(duì)于以往的辦學(xué)模式而言,其發(fā)展還處于不成熟階段。隨著我國(guó)青少年學(xué)生身體素質(zhì)的不斷下降,學(xué)校體育得到的前所未有的重視,同時(shí)學(xué)校體育教學(xué)改革已刻不容緩。因此,本文中筆者主要從“一校一品”特色體育教學(xué)這一方面進(jìn)行探討研究,并選取了吉林省榆樹市第五中學(xué)作為具體研究對(duì)象。為了將“一校一品”,工作落到實(shí)處。長(zhǎng)春市體育局與榆樹市教育局本著“互幫互助的”的指導(dǎo)思想,經(jīng)過幾次溝通,于2010年就如何深化“一校一品”的內(nèi)涵,走出吉林省地區(qū)特色辦學(xué)之路,提出了榆樹學(xué)校體育一校一品”建設(shè)工作的新構(gòu)想,并以榆樹五中作為試點(diǎn)。為了保證“一校一品”工作有條不紊地開展,有必要對(duì)榆樹市第五中學(xué)“一校一品”的實(shí)施情況進(jìn)行了解,并分析與總結(jié)。本文從“一校一品”的背景、意義切入,對(duì)榆樹市第五中學(xué)“一校一品”的組織形式、模式、落實(shí)情況、基礎(chǔ)保障條件、成效狀況、存在問題等分別進(jìn)行了分析解讀,并以此為基礎(chǔ)提出了發(fā)展建議。為了確保論文能夠高質(zhì)量順利完成,筆者選取了文獻(xiàn)閱讀法、專家訪談法、問卷調(diào)查法、數(shù)據(jù)統(tǒng)計(jì)法等研究方法。最終得出以下結(jié)論:1.“一校一品”關(guān)系著國(guó)家教育體制改革,它的發(fā)展是與社會(huì)經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展相適應(yīng)的。它發(fā)展的條件在于社會(huì)進(jìn)入戰(zhàn)略規(guī)劃期后,提出了培養(yǎng)全面發(fā)展的人的教育,人成為了發(fā)展的對(duì)象,人身上的潛力被越來越多的關(guān)注!耙恍R黄贰笔请S著素質(zhì)教育的提出而不斷發(fā)展起來的,對(duì)學(xué)校體育的發(fā)展有著非同一般的意義。2.教育資源需要依靠教育局等部門按照“互幫互助、通力協(xié)作”的原則,選取“一校一品”的實(shí)施學(xué)校和特色項(xiàng)目,科學(xué)、合理分配。同時(shí),教育的軟硬件資源也是學(xué)校實(shí)施“一校一品”的基本保障,直接影響項(xiàng)目實(shí)施成效。3.“一校一品”的開展要具體問題具體分析,不能一概而論。因地制宜才能形成特色,榆樹五中要以學(xué)校體育課上教學(xué)、課外體育活動(dòng)為中心,同時(shí)向外拓展到家庭體育、社區(qū)體育、節(jié)假日體育等,以確;顒(dòng)開展的豐富性及組織形式的多樣性。4.榆樹五中“一校一品”在實(shí)施過程中,經(jīng)實(shí)踐確認(rèn)后得知,由學(xué)校聘任相對(duì)應(yīng)專業(yè)的運(yùn)動(dòng)員來?yè)?dān)任特聘體育教師,對(duì)完成專項(xiàng)體育教學(xué)以及創(chuàng)立學(xué)校品牌非常有效。5.榆樹五中要想繼續(xù)深化“一校一品”體育特色名校。必須統(tǒng)籌規(guī)劃,提高體育凝聚力,建設(shè)隊(duì)伍,推進(jìn)學(xué)校體育建設(shè)。為“一校一品”的實(shí)施搭建平臺(tái);保障“一校一品”的持續(xù)發(fā)展;樹立品牌,彰顯學(xué)校體育文化標(biāo)志。
[Abstract]:"One school and one product" is a new development of the concept of school running in contemporary schools. People have realized that the "one thousand school side" has not adapted to the rapid development of school education and is not conducive to the training of special talents. So, in the voice of the reform of quality education, many schools have opened the special road of running schools in succession and excavated the "product" of their own schools. At present, there are some outstanding "one school and one product" school case in all parts of our country, but its development is still in the immature stage relative to the previous mode of running a school. With the continuous decline of the physical quality of the young students in our country, the school physical education has been unprecedentedly emphasized, and the reform of the school physical education has no delay. In this article, the author of this article is mainly from the aspect of "one school and one product" characteristic sports teaching, and selected the fifth middle school in Yushu city of Jilin Province as the specific research object. In order to put "one school and one product", the work of Changchun Sports Bureau and Yushu City Education Bureau are in line with the guiding ideology of "mutual help and mutual assistance". Several communications, in 2010, how to deepen the connotation of "one school and one product", go out of the road of running a school in Jilin Province, put forward a new conception of construction work of one school and one product in elm school, and take the five middle school of elm as a pilot. Finally, the following conclusions are drawn as follows: 1.
