四川省首屆新高考學(xué)生生涯規(guī)劃現(xiàn)狀調(diào)查研究——以成都市某中學(xué)初2015級(jí)為例

【摘要】:對(duì)成都市某中學(xué)298名初2015級(jí)學(xué)生的生涯規(guī)劃總體狀況以及生涯探索、生涯決定、生涯行動(dòng)和評(píng)估調(diào)整四個(gè)維度的狀況進(jìn)行問卷調(diào)查,系統(tǒng)了解后發(fā)現(xiàn):初2015級(jí)學(xué)生的總體生涯規(guī)劃水平不高;男女生生涯規(guī)劃總體差異不大;有學(xué)生干部經(jīng)歷的學(xué)生的生涯規(guī)劃狀況明顯優(yōu)于無干部經(jīng)歷的學(xué)生;實(shí)驗(yàn)班學(xué)生的生涯規(guī)劃狀況明顯優(yōu)于基地班的學(xué)生。
[Abstract]:A questionnaire survey was conducted on the overall status of career planning, career exploration, career decision, career action and evaluation and adjustment of the four dimensions of career planning of 298 junior 2015 students in a middle school in Chengdu. It is found that the overall career planning level of junior 2015 students is not high, the overall difference of male and female students' career planning is not high, the students with student cadres' experience is obviously superior to the students without cadres' experience in career planning. The experimental class students' career planning state is obviously superior to the base class students.
