高中《政治生活》教學(xué)中學(xué)生法律意識培養(yǎng)研究

【摘要】:增強(qiáng)法律意識,運用法律思維是作為一個合格的現(xiàn)代公民所應(yīng)具備的基本素質(zhì),這一要求在黨的十八屆四中全會提出“堅持依法治國和以德治國相結(jié)合”全面推進(jìn)依法治國的基本原則之后,其重要性被提升到了新的歷史性高度。而高中階段又正處培養(yǎng)學(xué)生權(quán)利與義務(wù)、社會責(zé)任等法律意識的關(guān)鍵時期,故加強(qiáng)此階段的學(xué)生法律意識的培養(yǎng),無論是對于學(xué)生個體還是對于國家與社會的未來發(fā)展而言均具有不可替代的意義與價值。而《政治生活》作為高中思想政治課中的必修模塊,其本身的課程性質(zhì)、內(nèi)容與特點也決定了其在培養(yǎng)學(xué)生法律意識的教育過程中的重要地位,因此法律意識的培養(yǎng)亦應(yīng)成為《政治生活》教學(xué)中的一項重要的教學(xué)目標(biāo),且亦應(yīng)為我國的法治發(fā)展貢獻(xiàn)一份綿薄之力。高中階段的學(xué)生法律意識培養(yǎng)與高中《政治生活》教學(xué)活動是密不可分的,無論從教學(xué)內(nèi)容、方法還是目標(biāo)的角度來看,法律常識均是作為《政治生活》教材的重要支撐而存在的,并且學(xué)生法律意識的培養(yǎng)也是《政治生活》教學(xué)的重要目的之一。在通過對當(dāng)前《政治生活》教學(xué)活動的認(rèn)真調(diào)查分析后,發(fā)現(xiàn)在現(xiàn)階段《政治生活》教學(xué)中學(xué)生法律意識的培養(yǎng)仍然存在較大的問題,主要表現(xiàn)在不注重學(xué)生公民意識培養(yǎng)的現(xiàn)象、缺乏可供學(xué)生參與的法律實踐活動、不善于運用法律常識或法律思維分析和解決問題以及存在法律知識體系零亂和碎片化等方面。而究其原因主要是教師在進(jìn)行《政治生活》教學(xué)時缺乏有意識的強(qiáng)化學(xué)生的公民意識、培養(yǎng)方法單一化、法律意識實際應(yīng)用的匱乏以及未幫助學(xué)生強(qiáng)化其認(rèn)知體系所致。因此,如果要達(dá)到《政治生活》教學(xué)中使學(xué)生的法律意識能夠得到良好培養(yǎng)的目的,首要舉措便是提升高中思想政治教師自身的法律素養(yǎng)。具體而言則可通過我國師范院校全面落實思想政治學(xué)科師范教育內(nèi)容、中學(xué)加強(qiáng)對思想政治教師的在職培訓(xùn)、思想政治教師自己主動提升自身素質(zhì)以及教材分析能力等路徑進(jìn)行完善。而在具體的教學(xué)活動中,思想政治教師也應(yīng)當(dāng)注重加強(qiáng)對于學(xué)生公民意識的培養(yǎng),并在具體教學(xué)過程中采用符合法律意識培養(yǎng)的多種方法進(jìn)行教學(xué),結(jié)合學(xué)生實際做到教學(xué)的“三貼近”,并遵循法律教育的客觀規(guī)律注重運用相關(guān)法律知識體系構(gòu)建有效課堂。
[Abstract]:Enhancing legal consciousness and applying legal thinking are the basic qualities that a qualified modern citizen should possess. After the fourth Plenary session of the 18th CPC Central Committee put forward the basic principle of "adhering to the combination of governing the country according to law and governing the country by virtue", the importance of this requirement was raised to a new historical height. In the senior middle school, the students' rights and obligations, social responsibility and other key periods of legal awareness, so strengthen the cultivation of students' legal awareness in this stage. Both for individual students and for the future development of the country and society have irreplaceable significance and value. Political life, as a compulsory module in high school ideological and political course, its nature, content and characteristics also determine its important position in the education process of cultivating students' legal consciousness. Therefore, the cultivation of legal consciousness should also become an important teaching goal in the teaching of political life, and should also contribute to the development of the rule of law in our country. The cultivation of students' legal consciousness in senior high school is closely related to the teaching activities of "political life" in senior high school, no matter from the angle of teaching content, method or goal. The common sense of law exists as the important support of the textbook of political Life, and the cultivation of students' legal consciousness is one of the important purposes of the Teaching of political Life. Through the careful investigation and analysis of the current teaching activities of "political Life", it is found that there are still big problems in the cultivation of students' legal consciousness in the present stage of "political Life" teaching. It is mainly reflected in the phenomenon of not paying attention to the cultivation of students' civic consciousness, the lack of practical legal activities for students to participate in, the poor use of legal common sense or legal thinking to analyze and solve problems, and the existence of scattered and fragmented legal knowledge systems. The main reasons are the lack of conscious strengthening of students' civic consciousness, the lack of practical application of legal consciousness and the lack of help to strengthen the students' cognitive system. Therefore, if we want to achieve the goal that students' legal consciousness can be cultivated well in the teaching of "political life", the most important measure is to improve the legal literacy of the high school ideological and political teachers themselves. In particular, we can fully implement the contents of normal education in ideological and political subjects in normal colleges and universities in our country, and strengthen in-service training for ideological and political teachers in middle schools. Ideological and political teachers take the initiative to improve their own quality and teaching material analysis ability to improve the path. In the specific teaching activities, the ideological and political teachers should also pay attention to strengthening the cultivation of students' civic consciousness, and in the specific teaching process, we should adopt various methods in accordance with the cultivation of legal consciousness to carry out the teaching. In combination with the students' actual practice, the "three closeness" in teaching and the objective law of legal education should be followed and the relevant legal knowledge system should be used to construct an effective classroom.
