上海市高中生營養(yǎng)標(biāo)簽認(rèn)知現(xiàn)狀

【摘要】:目的了解上海市高中生營養(yǎng)標(biāo)簽認(rèn)知情況,為開展中學(xué)生營養(yǎng)標(biāo)簽普及教育及合理膳食提供理論依據(jù)。方法采取分層整群隨機(jī)抽樣的方法,在上海市6所高中抽取高一及高二年級(jí)學(xué)生1 852名作為調(diào)查對(duì)象,采用自行設(shè)計(jì)的問卷進(jìn)行調(diào)查。結(jié)果學(xué)生中有1 195名會(huì)閱讀營養(yǎng)標(biāo)簽;日常飲食保持葷素均衡的學(xué)生閱讀營養(yǎng)標(biāo)簽的比例明顯高于偏愛吃肉者(P0.05);家庭月收入越高的學(xué)生閱讀營養(yǎng)標(biāo)簽的比例越高(χ2=7.09,P0.05);父親文化程度不同的中學(xué)生閱讀營養(yǎng)標(biāo)簽的差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(χ2=13.81,P0.05)。調(diào)查對(duì)象購買食品時(shí)前3位選擇依據(jù)為個(gè)人口味(1 587人)、食品營養(yǎng)(1 310人)、品牌(971人)。結(jié)論營養(yǎng)標(biāo)簽中營養(yǎng)信息在指導(dǎo)選擇健康食品中的作用并未得到中學(xué)生足夠的重視。應(yīng)采取多種形式加強(qiáng)對(duì)上海市中學(xué)生的營養(yǎng)標(biāo)簽普及教育,引導(dǎo)其形成合理的飲食習(xí)慣。
[Abstract]:Objective to understand the cognition of nutrition label in high school students in Shanghai and to provide theoretical basis for carrying out universal education on nutrition label and reasonable diet for middle school students. Methods using stratified cluster random sampling method, 1 852 students of Grade 1 and Grade 2 were selected from 6 high schools in Shanghai, and a self-designed questionnaire was used to carry out the investigation. Results 1 195 of the students could read the nutrition label; The proportion of students who maintained a balanced diet of meat and meat was significantly higher than that of those who preferred eating meat (P 0.05); the higher the monthly income of family was, the higher the proportion of reading nutrition labels was (蠂 2 + 7.09 / P 0.05; the middle school students with different father's educational level) read nutrition. The difference of label was statistically significant (蠂 2: 13.81 P 0.05). The first three choices were based on personal taste (1 587), food nutrition (1 310) and brand name (971). Conclusion the role of nutrition information in guiding the selection of healthy food has not been paid enough attention to by middle school students. Various forms should be taken to strengthen the education of nutrition label for middle school students in Shanghai and guide them to form reasonable eating habits.
