【摘要】:隨著社會(huì)的發(fā)展,在競(jìng)爭(zhēng)日趨激烈的社會(huì)環(huán)境中,青少年學(xué)生要有良好競(jìng)爭(zhēng)能力,就必須擁有健康的體魄。跳繩運(yùn)動(dòng)作為一項(xiàng)民族傳統(tǒng)體育運(yùn)動(dòng),不但具有強(qiáng)身健體的功效,而且相對(duì)于其它體育運(yùn)動(dòng)項(xiàng)目而言,還具有簡(jiǎn)單易行,場(chǎng)地器材要求低等特點(diǎn),非常適合在農(nóng)村中學(xué)開(kāi)展。目前由于農(nóng)村初中學(xué)生耐力素質(zhì)教學(xué)訓(xùn)練方法過(guò)于單一枯燥等因素、教學(xué)訓(xùn)練場(chǎng)地匱乏等因素,在不同程度上局限了農(nóng)村初中學(xué)生耐力素質(zhì)訓(xùn)練的高效開(kāi)展,使得提高農(nóng)村初中學(xué)生的身體素質(zhì),尤其是耐力素質(zhì)成了一個(gè)較為困難的問(wèn)題,以至于耐力素質(zhì)訓(xùn)練在農(nóng)村初中學(xué)生身心健康的發(fā)展過(guò)程中并沒(méi)有充分發(fā)揮其應(yīng)有的作用。因此,為了豐富農(nóng)村初中學(xué)生耐力素質(zhì)的訓(xùn)練方式,解決農(nóng)村學(xué)校場(chǎng)地資源設(shè)施不足等問(wèn)題,充分發(fā)揮耐力素質(zhì)教學(xué)訓(xùn)練在促進(jìn)學(xué)生身心健康發(fā)展方面的作用,本文就從跳繩運(yùn)動(dòng)在農(nóng)村初中學(xué)生耐力素質(zhì)影響入手開(kāi)展了實(shí)驗(yàn)研究。探討了跳繩運(yùn)動(dòng)在學(xué)生耐力素質(zhì)發(fā)展方面的價(jià)值和作用,希望能夠借此為農(nóng)村初中學(xué)生耐力素質(zhì)教學(xué)訓(xùn)練提供一種新的、有效的方法和手段。在研究的過(guò)程中,采用文獻(xiàn)資料法、問(wèn)卷調(diào)查法、數(shù)理統(tǒng)計(jì)法等研究方法展開(kāi)了研究,并利用隨機(jī)整體取樣的方法,抽取了南化塘鎮(zhèn)黃柿初級(jí)中學(xué)八年級(jí)兩個(gè)班的學(xué)生,共75人作為實(shí)驗(yàn)對(duì)象,并將兩個(gè)班的學(xué)生分別作為實(shí)驗(yàn)組和對(duì)照組開(kāi)展了為期3個(gè)月的教學(xué)實(shí)驗(yàn),并在實(shí)驗(yàn)過(guò)程中,對(duì)學(xué)生的耐力素質(zhì)變化情況和對(duì)耐力素質(zhì)的態(tài)度與興趣變化情況進(jìn)行了及時(shí)的跟蹤觀察和記錄。然后在教學(xué)實(shí)驗(yàn)的基礎(chǔ)之上,根據(jù)教學(xué)實(shí)驗(yàn)中所獲得的數(shù)據(jù)和資料,從實(shí)驗(yàn)組實(shí)驗(yàn)前、后中長(zhǎng)跑數(shù)據(jù)及心血管系統(tǒng)機(jī)能的差異性檢驗(yàn)結(jié)果與分析、對(duì)照組實(shí)驗(yàn)前、后耐力跑數(shù)據(jù)及心臟機(jī)能水平的差異性檢驗(yàn)結(jié)果與分析、實(shí)驗(yàn)組與對(duì)照組實(shí)驗(yàn)后耐力跑及心血管系統(tǒng)機(jī)能的差異性檢驗(yàn)結(jié)果與分析、農(nóng)村初中學(xué)生耐力素質(zhì)實(shí)驗(yàn)前、后學(xué)習(xí)興趣的對(duì)比分析、農(nóng)村初中學(xué)生耐力素質(zhì)實(shí)驗(yàn)前后學(xué)習(xí)滿意度的對(duì)比分析及跳繩運(yùn)動(dòng)促進(jìn)農(nóng)村初中學(xué)生耐力素質(zhì)發(fā)展的優(yōu)勢(shì)分析等幾個(gè)方面入手進(jìn)行了探討和研究。結(jié)果發(fā)現(xiàn):1、在農(nóng)村初中教學(xué)場(chǎng)地和設(shè)施匱乏的情況下,利用跳繩運(yùn)動(dòng)來(lái)代替耐久跑運(yùn)動(dòng)來(lái)開(kāi)展農(nóng)村初中學(xué)生的耐力素質(zhì)教學(xué)訓(xùn)練是切實(shí)可行的。2、目前農(nóng)村初中學(xué)生的耐力素質(zhì)水平仍然普遍較低,所開(kāi)展的耐力教學(xué)訓(xùn)練,無(wú)法滿足學(xué)生的學(xué)習(xí)訓(xùn)練需求,沒(méi)有充分的激發(fā)學(xué)生的學(xué)習(xí)訓(xùn)練興趣,而造成這種情況的關(guān)鍵原因就是教學(xué)訓(xùn)練的方法過(guò)于單一枯燥。3、利用跳繩運(yùn)動(dòng)開(kāi)展農(nóng)村初中學(xué)生的耐力素質(zhì)教學(xué)訓(xùn)練,能夠明顯的促進(jìn)學(xué)生耐力素質(zhì)的發(fā)展和提升。4、利用跳繩運(yùn)動(dòng)開(kāi)展農(nóng)村初中學(xué)生耐力素質(zhì)教學(xué)訓(xùn)練的相較于利用單獨(dú)的耐久跑開(kāi)展農(nóng)村初中學(xué)生耐力素質(zhì)教學(xué)訓(xùn)練而言,能夠更好的激發(fā)學(xué)生的學(xué)習(xí)訓(xùn)練興趣,提高學(xué)生的學(xué)習(xí)訓(xùn)練滿意度。由此可知,利用跳繩運(yùn)動(dòng)來(lái)代替耐久跑運(yùn)動(dòng)開(kāi)展農(nóng)村初中學(xué)生的耐力素質(zhì)訓(xùn)練是切實(shí)可行的。農(nóng)村初中體育教育工作者應(yīng)重視跳繩運(yùn)動(dòng)在農(nóng)村初中學(xué)生耐力素質(zhì)教學(xué)訓(xùn)練中應(yīng)用的推廣與普及。另外在全文研究的基礎(chǔ)上,本研究還根據(jù)農(nóng)村初中學(xué)生耐力素質(zhì)訓(xùn)練的開(kāi)展現(xiàn)狀以及上述的研究結(jié)果,提出了如下幾點(diǎn)開(kāi)展農(nóng)村初中學(xué)生耐力素質(zhì)的建議:1、重視跳繩運(yùn)動(dòng)在農(nóng)村初中學(xué)生耐力素質(zhì)教學(xué)訓(xùn)練中應(yīng)用的推廣與普及?梢酝ㄟ^(guò)定期采用跳繩比賽的方式來(lái)吸引更多的學(xué)生積極、主動(dòng)、能動(dòng)的參與到運(yùn)動(dòng)中來(lái),以此來(lái)跳繩運(yùn)動(dòng)在農(nóng)村初中學(xué)生耐力素質(zhì)教學(xué)訓(xùn)練中的普及和發(fā)展。2、注意構(gòu)建科學(xué)、合理的跳繩運(yùn)動(dòng)訓(xùn)練模式。在構(gòu)建科學(xué)合理的跳繩運(yùn)動(dòng)訓(xùn)練時(shí),尤其要注意在利用跳繩運(yùn)動(dòng)開(kāi)展學(xué)生的耐力素質(zhì)教學(xué)訓(xùn)練時(shí),隨時(shí)的、靈活的調(diào)節(jié)學(xué)生跳繩的速度、跳繩的時(shí)間,以此來(lái)實(shí)現(xiàn)對(duì)學(xué)生訓(xùn)練強(qiáng)度的科學(xué)控制。3、注意跳繩形式的多樣化,可以根據(jù)訓(xùn)練需要,靈活采用多種方式,如:?jiǎn)文_跳、雙腳跳、同時(shí)跳、依次跳、單人跳、雙人跳以及多人跳等等,還可以采用跳繩游戲、跳繩比賽或是花樣跳繩等多種方式來(lái)組織開(kāi)展訓(xùn)練活動(dòng),以此來(lái)提高跳繩運(yùn)動(dòng)的趣味性,激發(fā)學(xué)生參與教學(xué)訓(xùn)練的興趣和積極性。4、在利用跳繩運(yùn)動(dòng)開(kāi)展耐力素質(zhì)教學(xué)訓(xùn)練時(shí),應(yīng)注意提前做好準(zhǔn)備活動(dòng)。5、在利用跳繩運(yùn)動(dòng)開(kāi)展耐力素質(zhì)教學(xué)訓(xùn)練時(shí),應(yīng)注意跳繩的時(shí)間不宜一次性過(guò)長(zhǎng),應(yīng)根據(jù)農(nóng)村初中學(xué)生的身心特點(diǎn)和發(fā)展規(guī)律進(jìn)行合理的、有針對(duì)性的制定。
