專(zhuān)家型教師與新手型教師語(yǔ)文課堂評(píng)價(jià)語(yǔ)言的比較研究

【摘要】:近些年來(lái),語(yǔ)文新課程改革取得了突破,課堂教學(xué)評(píng)價(jià)成為語(yǔ)文教育界改革的新核心。語(yǔ)文新課程標(biāo)準(zhǔn)中建立了新的評(píng)價(jià)理念,語(yǔ)文課堂評(píng)價(jià)語(yǔ)言作為課堂教學(xué)評(píng)價(jià)的新切入點(diǎn),值得深入研究。本文采取與家—新手對(duì)照比較的方式,綜合應(yīng)用文獻(xiàn)法、問(wèn)卷調(diào)查法、訪談法和觀察法,對(duì)與家型教師不新手型教師的語(yǔ)文課堂評(píng)價(jià)語(yǔ)言進(jìn)行了比較分析,主要從重視程度、使用情況、反思研究這三方面展開(kāi)。從整體上看,語(yǔ)文與家型教師的課堂評(píng)價(jià)語(yǔ)言要優(yōu)于語(yǔ)文新手型教師。我們認(rèn)為這兩類(lèi)教師在語(yǔ)言素養(yǎng)、評(píng)價(jià)觀念、教學(xué)能力、反思情況這四個(gè)方面存在差異,這些差異造成了語(yǔ)文課堂評(píng)價(jià)語(yǔ)言的丌同。對(duì)此,語(yǔ)文新手教師需要提高語(yǔ)言素養(yǎng),樹(shù)立語(yǔ)文課堂的新型評(píng)價(jià)理念,講究語(yǔ)文課堂語(yǔ)言評(píng)價(jià)的技巧,進(jìn)行積極的反思。學(xué)校、教育行政部門(mén)則可以從制定考核機(jī)制、品評(píng)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)、加強(qiáng)培訓(xùn)等方面,為語(yǔ)文新手型教師課堂評(píng)價(jià)語(yǔ)言的發(fā)展提供動(dòng)力不支持。
[Abstract]:In recent years, the new Chinese curriculum reform has made a breakthrough, classroom teaching evaluation has become the new core of the reform of Chinese education.The new evaluation concept has been established in the new Chinese curriculum standard. As a new breakthrough point of classroom teaching evaluation, Chinese classroom evaluation language is worthy of further study.In this paper, a comparative analysis of the Chinese classroom evaluation language of non-novice teachers with homeschoolers is carried out by means of comprehensive application of literature, questionnaire, interview and observation.Use the situation, reflect on the three aspects of the study.On the whole, the classroom evaluation language of Chinese and home-based teachers is superior to that of novice teachers.We think that there are differences between the two kinds of teachers in four aspects: language literacy, evaluation concept, teaching ability and reflection. These differences result in the different language of Chinese classroom evaluation.In view of this, new Chinese teachers need to improve their language literacy, set up a new evaluation concept of Chinese classroom, pay attention to the skills of language evaluation in Chinese classroom, and carry on positive reflection.Schools and educational administrative departments can make assessment mechanism, evaluate standards, strengthen training and so on, and provide no support for the development of Chinese novice teachers' classroom evaluation language.
