農(nóng)村初中信息技術(shù)教學(xué)中人文精神培養(yǎng)的實(shí)踐探究

【摘要】:隨著新課程的改革,人文精神成為教育中的一個(gè)熱點(diǎn)話題,更多的教師開始前所未有的關(guān)注和研究教育中的人文精神,隨著研究的深入與擴(kuò)大,傳統(tǒng)的教學(xué)模式和思想開始被質(zhì)疑、被顛覆,這種質(zhì)疑幾乎遍及了所有的學(xué)科,信息技術(shù)學(xué)科也不例外。初中階段的信息技術(shù)教學(xué)是至關(guān)重要的,它涉及到伴隨現(xiàn)代人左右的辦公軟件和網(wǎng)絡(luò)的學(xué)習(xí)。長(zhǎng)期以來,信息技術(shù)課程被“重技術(shù)、輕人文”的教學(xué)和學(xué)習(xí)氛圍籠罩,這樣必然導(dǎo)致學(xué)生人文精神的缺失。因此要重構(gòu)學(xué)生在信息技術(shù)課程中的人文精神,必先改變信息技術(shù)教師的觀念,平等師生關(guān)系,挖掘教材中的人文元素,完善信息技術(shù)評(píng)價(jià)機(jī)制等,方可使人文精神在學(xué)生心中生根發(fā)芽。本論文對(duì)農(nóng)村初中學(xué)生在信息技術(shù)學(xué)科中人文精神缺失狀況進(jìn)行了較為廣泛的調(diào)查分析,并結(jié)合自身教學(xué)經(jīng)驗(yàn)進(jìn)行了深入分析,最后從教師、學(xué)生、評(píng)價(jià)機(jī)制、環(huán)境等幾個(gè)方面提出了解決的策略,教師要有一顆仁愛之心,關(guān)愛學(xué)生,用感情教育學(xué)生,用生命與學(xué)生對(duì)話;在信息技術(shù)課堂中教師要尊重學(xué)生的人格尊嚴(yán)權(quán),不要以高姿態(tài)示人,用權(quán)威壓迫學(xué)生;構(gòu)建多樣的學(xué)習(xí)方式,包括交流式、實(shí)踐感悟式、競(jìng)爭(zhēng)合作式等等,從而培養(yǎng)學(xué)生的合作精神;利用隱性分層教學(xué)法,在教師心中隱性將學(xué)生從高到低分為A、B、C三類,讓A類學(xué)生坐于機(jī)房的中央,兩邊分別為B、C類學(xué)生,方便學(xué)業(yè)上的幫扶,同時(shí)要控制課堂搶答環(huán)節(jié),以免C類生有挫敗感,這樣有利于培養(yǎng)學(xué)生的合作意識(shí);在教材中挖掘理想、使命感等人文因素;推薦優(yōu)秀網(wǎng)站,強(qiáng)化責(zé)任感;利用多角度的評(píng)價(jià)機(jī)制。
