【摘要】：正如何穩(wěn)定教師隊(duì)伍?除了利益和地位,優(yōu)秀教師留下來的理由還有什么?每到開學(xué)季,校長們很怕的一件事就是有教師"跳槽",特別是一些骨干教師,他們的離去會(huì)對學(xué)校有很大影響。與30年前相比,當(dāng)下教師的社會(huì)地位、經(jīng)濟(jì)收入有了很大提升,教師職業(yè)在一些地方受到追捧。教師更有"價(jià)值"了,誘惑也多了,好教師可以有很多選擇的機(jī)會(huì)。人往高處走,這在每個(gè)行業(yè)都屬于正�，F(xiàn)象,人才流動(dòng)跟有序
[Abstract]:How to stabilize the teaching staff? What are the reasons for a good teacher to stay in addition to his interests and status?
