【摘要】：對12名聽障高中女生進行6周的功能性課外體育鍛煉實驗,運用"POMS量表"評價和分析功能性鍛煉干預(yù)的心理效果。結(jié)果表明;實驗后實驗組與對照組聽障高中女生在抑郁和精力2項指標(biāo)有顯著性差異(P0.05);而緊張、憤怒和TMD總分3項指標(biāo)的組間差異達(dá)到非常顯著水平(P0.01);但實驗后實驗組各的項指標(biāo)與情緒常模相比仍有一定差距,說明功能性鍛煉對改善聽障高中女生的情緒狀態(tài)具有一定的積極效應(yīng)�？梢�:重視并系統(tǒng)地研究有利于改善聽障生情緒狀態(tài)的體育鍛煉手段,有利于聽障生養(yǎng)成健身鍛煉習(xí)慣,有助于其身心健康良性發(fā)展,從而為聽障生日后積極地融入社會做出一定的努力。
[Abstract]:The functional extracurricular physical exercise experiment was conducted in 12 high school girls with hearing impairment for 6 weeks. The psychological effects of functional exercise intervention were evaluated and analyzed by POMS scale. After the experiment, there were significant differences in depression and energy between the experimental group and the control group (P 0.05). The difference between the three indexes of anger and TMD score reached a very significant level (P 0.01), but after the experiment, there was still a certain gap between each item index of the experimental group and the emotional norm. It is concluded that functional exercise has a positive effect on improving the emotional state of the high school students with hearing impairment. It can be seen that paying attention to and systematically studying the means of physical exercise which is conducive to improving the emotional state of the students with hearing impairment is conducive to the formation of fitness exercise habits among the students with hearing impairment. It is helpful for the healthy development of their physical and mental health, so as to actively integrate into the society after the birth of hearing impairment.
