【摘要】：自2010年英國政府發(fā)布《教學(xué)的重要性》白皮書以來,"自我改進的學(xué)校系統(tǒng)"在英國迅速發(fā)展。該項改革依托學(xué)校之間的相互協(xié)作實現(xiàn)學(xué)校辦學(xué)質(zhì)量的提升,具體的形式是"國家教學(xué)學(xué)校"與"學(xué)院制學(xué)校信托"。對于此項改革,有研究者對其意義和改革路徑進行了分析,提出構(gòu)建"自我改進的學(xué)校系統(tǒng)"需要學(xué)校進行"專業(yè)發(fā)展、伙伴關(guān)系、合作資本"三個維度的能力建設(shè)。從改革的效果來看,雖然"自我改進的學(xué)校系統(tǒng)"部分地實現(xiàn)了提升學(xué)業(yè)成績的目的,但其負作用與質(zhì)疑仍然存在。
[Abstract]:Since 2010, when the British government released the White Paper "the importance of Teaching", the "self-improvement school system" has developed rapidly in the United Kingdom. The concrete forms are "National Teaching School" and "College School Trust." for this reform, some researchers have analyzed its significance and reform path, and put forward that the construction of "self-improvement school system" requires schools to carry out "professional development". From the perspective of the effect of the reform, although the "self-improvement school system" partially achieves the goal of improving academic achievement, its negative effect and doubt still exist.
