【摘要】:“對教育優(yōu)先進行發(fā)展,實施人力資源強國的建設(shè)”是在黨的十七大中提出來的。在《國家中長期教育改革和發(fā)展規(guī)劃綱要》中提出:“教育是使民族興旺、社會發(fā)展的基礎(chǔ),是使國民素質(zhì)提升,得到全面發(fā)展的道路。要想使一個國家富強,需要先重視教育。”只有具備教育的基礎(chǔ),才可以擁有國民素質(zhì)的優(yōu)良;只有出色的教師,才可以將優(yōu)秀的學生教導出來。因而,怎樣使教師的素質(zhì)得到提升,進行職業(yè)道德高尚、業(yè)務水平高超的職業(yè)化教師隊伍的創(chuàng)設(shè),是使教育改革推進,教師水平和學生素質(zhì)提升的保障。隨著教育內(nèi)涵式發(fā)展的提出,如何使一個學校得到更快更準地發(fā)展成為了教育界探討的一個新的方向。在發(fā)展模式類型中,內(nèi)涵式發(fā)展是在其發(fā)展上,將資源和動力的發(fā)展視為內(nèi)部因素,探討的是學校教育的內(nèi)涵,而“內(nèi)涵式發(fā)展”則主要是立足于實踐角度,從具體實施的角度,探討學校教育發(fā)展及其途徑。從學校而言,就是對學校理念、教育科研、學校文化、教師素質(zhì)、人才培養(yǎng)等的重視。而不管是學校理念的反映,學校文化的彰顯,教育科研的研究等體現(xiàn)的實施者都是教師。因此,注重學校內(nèi)涵式發(fā)展的關(guān)鍵因素還在教師隊伍的建設(shè)。教師隊伍整體得到提升,就可以很好地把學校的各種理念和教學觀念以最直觀的形式傳遞給社會、家長和學生。近幾年來,曲靖市中學教師隊伍專業(yè)化在質(zhì)上有了一定的提升,但由于受地理位置,政府體制和經(jīng)濟因素的影響,曲靖市中學教師隊伍建設(shè)流動性大、專業(yè)化欠缺的現(xiàn)象仍然突出,學校和學校間存在巨大差距,然而,在某種程度上,使創(chuàng)設(shè)中學教師隊伍的進度和難度加大。本文綜合運用了對比法、訪問法、問卷調(diào)查法、文獻分析法,并將曲靖市中學教師隊伍專業(yè)化存在的問題作為本文研究的主要方向。全文以教育學和管理學等學科里的相關(guān)理論為依據(jù),歸納整理了曲靖市2011、2012、2013年的幾所學校及相關(guān)的教師教育的資料和數(shù)據(jù),從教師的學歷、構(gòu)成、軟硬件環(huán)境以及學生的滿意度等指標著手,分析比較了曲靖市三所中學的教師隊伍的整體狀況,對其中存在的問題進行了探討,同時以此作為出發(fā)點,立足于學校、社會及教師的角度,進行問題的總結(jié)和原因的查找,從而提出了相關(guān)的策略,諸如,政策制度的制定、投入的經(jīng)費、教師的社會經(jīng)濟地位以及監(jiān)管、評價機制的改革等。本文的內(nèi)容分布大致如下:第一部分從選題背景、選題意義、文獻綜述等方面闡明了成文的必要性;第二部分把文章中涉及到的概念和理論依據(jù)進行歸納整理。使行文看起來有理有據(jù);第三部分根據(jù)對三所中學調(diào)查問卷整理的結(jié)果,對曲靖市中學教師隊伍的現(xiàn)狀進行總結(jié),歸納出曲靖市中學教師隊伍存在的主要問題;第四部分是根據(jù)上一部分存在的問題,分析出現(xiàn)這些問題的原因;第五部分是根據(jù)存在問題和原因,找到解決的辦法。三、四、五三個部分屬于文章的主體部分。最后一部分則是總結(jié)前三個部分的內(nèi)容,寫出結(jié)語。本文最終希望能通過從政府、社會、學校及教師個人方面盡可能全面的分析中,對曲靖市中學教師隊伍建設(shè)起到一定的輔助作用。希望文章能引起相關(guān)部門的關(guān)注,從而對曲靖市中學教師隊伍在“十三五”的發(fā)展中能更加準確地找到方向,以求能到達事半功倍的效果。

Therefore, pay attention to the construction of key factors of school connotation development are teachers. Teachers' overall upgrade, can be very good to school all kinds of ideas and teaching ideas in the most intuitive form of transfer to the society, parents and students. In recent years, Qujing city middle school teachers team Wu specialization has been some improvement in quality, but due to geographical location, influence of government system and economic factors, the construction of Qujing city middle school teachers mobility, lack of professional phenomenon is still outstanding, there is a huge gap between the school and the school, however, to some extent, make progress and create difficulty middle school teachers increase. This paper uses comparative method, interview method, questionnaire survey method, literature analysis method, and the existence of Qujing city middle school teachers professional problems as the main direction of this paper. According to the related theory of education and management disciplines as the basis, summed up several schools finishing Qujing city 201120122013 years of teacher education and related information and data, from the composition of teachers' education, start, soft hardware environment and student satisfaction index, analysis and comparison of Qujing city in three The overall situation of the teachers, the existing problems are discussed, at the same time as the starting point, based on the school, the society and the perspective of teachers, and summarized the cause of the problem of the search, so as to put forward relevant strategies, such as making policy system, investment funds, teachers' society the economic status and supervision and evaluation mechanism reform. The content of this distribution is as follows: the first part from the background, significance, literature review, and illustrates the necessity of the statute; relates to the concept and theoretical basis of the second part of the article are summarized. According to the third part, according to the survey looks reasonable; the questionnaires to three middle schools the status of middle school teachers in Qujing city were summarized, summed up the main problems of Qujing city middle school teachers; the fourth part is based on On the part of the existing problems, analyze the reasons for these problems; the fifth part is based on the existing problems and reasons, to find a solution. We hope the article can arouse the concern of the relevant departments, so as to more accurately find the direction of middle school teachers of Qujing city in the "13th Five-Year" in the development of energy, in order to be able to achieve a multiplier effect.
