【摘要】：隨著新課程理念的提出,教學(xué)模式也在進(jìn)行著不斷改革,而“個(gè)性化教育”在針對(duì)學(xué)生共性的基礎(chǔ)上提出了發(fā)展學(xué)生的全面的、和諧的個(gè)性的教學(xué)目標(biāo),這樣的教學(xué)模式近些年被國內(nèi)外重視,深受各國教育事業(yè)的關(guān)注。但是與其他相對(duì)傳統(tǒng)的教學(xué)方式相比,中國的個(gè)性化教育還沒有在課堂上充分鋪展開來,沒有起到重要的作用,只是在部分地區(qū)的學(xué)校受到部分學(xué)科教師的青睞。希望通過本論文的研究,針對(duì)初中生物學(xué)教學(xué)存在的問題有針對(duì)性的開展個(gè)性化教育,最終能很好的探討出個(gè)性化教育在生物學(xué)教學(xué)過程中的作用,給初中生物學(xué)教育提供一個(gè)很好的實(shí)踐教育策略。本論文的研究?jī)?nèi)容從以下幾方面展開,第一,綜述國內(nèi)外關(guān)于個(gè)性化教育的研究背景,接著對(duì)“個(gè)性”和“個(gè)性化教育”相關(guān)概念做了明確的界定。第二,探究個(gè)性化教育在初中生物學(xué)開展的必要性,先通過問卷調(diào)查方式了解筆者所在學(xué)校的生物課堂教學(xué)狀況,總結(jié)了以往學(xué)生對(duì)生物學(xué)科的學(xué)習(xí)態(tài)度和學(xué)習(xí)方法,以及學(xué)生對(duì)教師極高的期望值,通過調(diào)查結(jié)果說明生物學(xué)教學(xué)模式需要改革。第三,以初中生物學(xué)科為載體,依據(jù)這個(gè)階段的孩子的性格特征分析了個(gè)性化教育對(duì)初中生物學(xué)教學(xué)的實(shí)用性和重要性。第四,結(jié)合初中生物學(xué)科的內(nèi)容特點(diǎn),筆者提出了在初中生物課堂上進(jìn)行個(gè)性化教育的策略。第五,通過具體案例實(shí)踐,總結(jié)了個(gè)性化教育對(duì)培養(yǎng)學(xué)生在生物課堂上的興趣的影響,個(gè)性化教育對(duì)實(shí)現(xiàn)三維教學(xué)目標(biāo)(知識(shí)目標(biāo)、能力目標(biāo)、情感態(tài)度與價(jià)值觀目標(biāo))的作用,個(gè)性化教育對(duì)學(xué)生個(gè)性潛能開發(fā)的重要作用。最后,根據(jù)研究結(jié)果,本論文總結(jié)了個(gè)性化教育在初中生物課堂上的實(shí)用意義及當(dāng)前發(fā)展中存在的不足,并對(duì)生物學(xué)科的個(gè)性化教育提出了期望。
[Abstract]:Along with the new curriculum idea, the teaching pattern is also carrying on the reform unceasingly, and "the individualized education" proposed the development student's comprehensive, harmonious individuality teaching goal on the basis of the student common character. In recent years, this kind of teaching model has been paid attention to at home and abroad, and deeply concerned by the educational undertakings of various countries. However, compared with other relatively traditional teaching methods, the individualized education in China has not been fully spread out in the classroom. Not playing an important role, but in some schools in some areas by some subject teachers favor. Hope through the study of this paper, aiming at the problems of junior high school biology teaching to carry out personalized education. Finally, it can explore the role of individualized education in biology teaching process, and provide a good practical education strategy for junior high school biology education. The research content of this paper is carried out from the following aspects, first. This paper summarizes the research background of individualized education at home and abroad, and then makes a clear definition of the related concepts of "individuality" and "individualized education". Secondly, it explores the necessity of individualized education in junior high school biology. First of all, through the way of questionnaire survey to understand the biology classroom teaching situation in my school, summed up the past students' learning attitude and learning methods to biology, as well as students' high expectations for teachers. Through the investigation results show that the biological teaching model needs to be reformed. Third, take the biology subject of junior high school as the carrier. According to the characteristics of the children at this stage, this paper analyzes the practicability and importance of individualized education in biology teaching in junior high school. 4th, combined with the content characteristics of biology in junior high school. The author puts forward the strategy of individualized education in biology classroom of junior high school. 5th, through the practice of concrete cases, summarizes the influence of individualized education on cultivating students' interest in biology classroom. The role of individualized education in the realization of three-dimensional teaching goals (knowledge goals, ability goals, emotional attitudes and values goals), and the important role of personalized education in the development of students' personality potential. Finally, according to the results of the research. This paper summarizes the practical significance of individualized education in the biology classroom of junior high school and the deficiency in the current development, and puts forward the expectation to the individualized education of biology subject.
