高中思想政治課有效教學(xué)策略研究

【摘要】:自高中思想政治課程改革以來,許多教師都積極地吸收新的課程理念,改進教學(xué)手段和方法,來提高高中思想政治課有效教學(xué)。教學(xué)效果從總體上來講有所提高,但仍然產(chǎn)生許多問題,有待改進。對高中思想政治課有效教學(xué)進行研究,能夠為思想政治課教學(xué)實踐提供一定的參考和指導(dǎo)。在研究方法上,堅持理論研究與實證研究相結(jié)合,采用了文獻分析法、比較分析法和觀察法等研究方法。根據(jù)國內(nèi)外關(guān)于有效教學(xué)的研究,列舉了一些具有代表性的思想觀點,并提出了一些對有效教學(xué)的看法,進而對高中思想政治課有效教學(xué)進行界定。通過觀察高中思想政治課堂中的學(xué)生和教師的行為,對教學(xué)中存在的問題進行總結(jié)和分析,并在此基礎(chǔ)上,提出了高中思想政治課有效教學(xué)的策略。要理解有效教學(xué),可以從“有效”和“教學(xué)”兩個方面來進行分析,首先,“有效”包含了有效果、有效率和有效益三重含義,而“教學(xué)”則分為知識傳遞型教學(xué)和學(xué)習(xí)促進型教學(xué)。衡量有效教學(xué)的唯一標(biāo)準(zhǔn)是學(xué)生的進步和發(fā)展,因此有效教學(xué)的最基本評定標(biāo)準(zhǔn)是教學(xué)活動要以學(xué)生為本。通過對武漢某普通中學(xué)的高中思想政治課堂中的教師和學(xué)生的行為進行觀察,發(fā)現(xiàn)教學(xué)目標(biāo)的達成度不高、教學(xué)內(nèi)容整齊劃一、教學(xué)方法改不徹底以及師生互動不足等等一些教學(xué)問題。教學(xué)效果由學(xué)生體現(xiàn),但教學(xué)效果的根本決定因素卻在于教師。因此,要提高高中思想政治課有效教學(xué),就必須要做到以下四個方面:思想觀念是行動的指南,首先要轉(zhuǎn)變教師的教學(xué)理念;教學(xué)效果是由學(xué)生的進步和發(fā)展來體現(xiàn)的,要讓學(xué)生主動地學(xué)習(xí),就要激發(fā)學(xué)生的學(xué)習(xí)積極性;要讓學(xué)生堅持不懈地學(xué)習(xí),就要培養(yǎng)學(xué)生良好的學(xué)習(xí)習(xí)慣;教師在教學(xué)中發(fā)揮主導(dǎo)性作用,是教學(xué)效果的要本決定因素,因此,要提高教師的教學(xué)能力。
[Abstract]:Since the high school ideological and political curriculum reform, many teachers have actively absorbed the new curriculum concept, improve teaching methods and methods. In order to improve the effective teaching of high school ideological and political lesson. The teaching effect has been improved in general, but there are still many problems to be improved. The effective teaching of ideological and political course in senior high school is studied. Can provide a certain reference and guidance for the ideological and political teaching practice. In the research method, adhere to the combination of theoretical research and empirical research, the use of literature analysis. According to the research on effective teaching at home and abroad, this paper enumerates some representative ideas, and puts forward some views on effective teaching. Through observing the behavior of students and teachers in the high school ideological and political class, the problems in teaching are summarized and analyzed, and on this basis. To understand effective teaching, we can analyze it from two aspects: "effective" and "teaching". First of all, "effective" contains effective. The meaning of efficiency and benefit is triple, and "teaching" is divided into knowledge transfer teaching and learning promotion teaching. The only criterion to measure effective teaching is the progress and development of students. Therefore, the most basic evaluation standard of effective teaching is that teaching activities should be student-oriented. Through the observation of the behavior of teachers and students in the high school ideological and political classroom of a middle school in Wuhan. It is found that the degree of achievement of teaching goal is not high, the teaching content is uniform, the teaching method is not perfect and the interaction between teachers and students is insufficient, and so on. The teaching effect is reflected by the students. Therefore, in order to improve the effective teaching of ideology and politics in senior high school, we must do the following four aspects: ideology is the guide to action. First of all, we should change the teaching concept of teachers; The teaching effect is reflected by the students' progress and development. In order to make students study unremittingly, it is necessary to cultivate students' good study habits; Teachers play a leading role in teaching, which is the decisive factor of teaching effect. Therefore, teachers' teaching ability should be improved.
