【摘要】：2014年,面臨新的國(guó)內(nèi)形勢(shì)和國(guó)際競(jìng)爭(zhēng),英國(guó)教育部發(fā)布了新的國(guó)家課程標(biāo)準(zhǔn)框架文件,提出每一所公立學(xué)校都要為所有學(xué)生提供“寬泛的、平衡的”課程,以促進(jìn)校內(nèi)外學(xué)生在精神、道德、文化和身心等方面得到發(fā)展;為在校學(xué)生的未來(lái)人生做機(jī)會(huì)、責(zé)任心和經(jīng)驗(yàn)方面的準(zhǔn)備。本研究對(duì)2014版英國(guó)國(guó)家課程標(biāo)準(zhǔn)進(jìn)行了全面深入地分析,主要包括四個(gè)部分:第一部分,追本溯源:介紹了英國(guó)國(guó)家課程形成的歷史背景和發(fā)展歷程,包括四次重要的調(diào)整和修訂。分析了2014版英國(guó)國(guó)家課程標(biāo)準(zhǔn)出臺(tái)的背景、過(guò)程和機(jī)制。第二部分,文本解讀:詳細(xì)介紹了2014版英國(guó)國(guó)家課程標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的課程理念與目標(biāo)、課程結(jié)構(gòu)、12門(mén)學(xué)科的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)(英語(yǔ)、數(shù)學(xué)、科學(xué)、藝術(shù)與設(shè)計(jì)、公民、計(jì)算機(jī)、設(shè)計(jì)與工藝、地理、歷史、語(yǔ)言、音樂(lè)和體育)、整個(gè)課程的實(shí)施原則。第三部分,歷史比較:通過(guò)與英國(guó)歷史上幾次重要的國(guó)家課程文件對(duì)比,揭示2014版國(guó)家課程標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的傳承與變革,包括課程目標(biāo)和結(jié)構(gòu)的繼承,課程門(mén)類(lèi)和名稱、評(píng)價(jià)體系和框架的變化。第四部分,啟示:總結(jié)了英國(guó)國(guó)家課程改革的經(jīng)驗(yàn),為中國(guó)的新一輪基礎(chǔ)教育改革提供啟示與借鑒。
[Abstract]:In 2014, facing the new situation of domestic and international competition, the British Ministry of Education issued a document framework for the new national curriculum standard, put forward each public schools to provide a broad and balanced curriculum for all students, in order to promote the students' development in spirit, moral, cultural and psychological aspects; for the future of life opportunities, responsibility and experience of students in the aspects of the preparation. This study conducted a comprehensive and in-depth analysis of the 2014 edition of the British national curriculum standards, mainly includes four parts: the first part, it introduces the historical background and development of the formation of the British national curriculum, including four important adjustments and amendments. This paper analyzes the background, process and mechanism of the introduction of the 2014 edition of the British national curriculum standards. The second part of text interpretation: details of the 2014 edition of the English national curriculum standard curriculum objectives, curriculum structure, and 12 subjects (English, mathematics, science, standard, art and design, citizen, computer, design and technology, geography, history, language, music and sports), the implementation of the principle of the whole course the. The third part, historical comparison: by comparing with several important national curriculum documents in the British history, we reveal the inheritance and transformation of the 2014 version of the national curriculum standard, including the succession of curriculum objectives and structures, the changes of curriculum categories and names, evaluation systems and frameworks. The fourth part, enlightenment: summarizes the experience of the British national curriculum reform, and provides inspiration and reference for a new round of basic education reform in China.
