當(dāng)前我國教育倫理生態(tài)問題之探討

【摘要】:當(dāng)前我國教育倫理生態(tài)中存在著一定的問題,主要表現(xiàn)為倫理精神缺失,即在教育中對升學(xué)率、就業(yè)率等數(shù)據(jù)的注重超過了對學(xué)生本身的關(guān)注,把受教育者當(dāng)作謀取利益的工具。倫理精神缺失的原因主要在于教育者對利益的過分追逐壓抑了職業(yè)道德,深層次的根源則在于社會收入分配制度。倫理精神的缺失既不利于受教育者的身心健康成長,也不利于良好的知識生態(tài)的形成。應(yīng)對倫理精神缺失的問題既需要教育內(nèi)部的努力,大力加強教育者的職業(yè)道德建設(shè);也需建立科學(xué)合理的收入分配制度,為教育的發(fā)展提供良好的經(jīng)濟和社會導(dǎo)向。
[Abstract]:At present, there are some problems in the educational ethics ecology of our country, which are mainly manifested in the lack of ethical spirit, that is, the emphasis on the data of the transition rate and the employment rate in education has outweighed the concern of the students themselves. Use the educatee as a tool for profit. The reason for the lack of ethical spirit lies in the excessive pursuit of interests by educators and the suppression of professional ethics, while the deep root lies in the social income distribution system. The lack of ethical spirit is not conducive to the growth of the educatee's physical and mental health, but also to the formation of a good knowledge ecology. To deal with the lack of ethical spirit, it is necessary not only to make great efforts in education and to strengthen the construction of educators' professional ethics, but also to establish a scientific and reasonable income distribution system to provide good economic and social guidance for the development of education.
