【摘要】：校園文化是學(xué)校師生員工基于特定價(jià)值觀念而進(jìn)行的物質(zhì)與精神創(chuàng)造的過(guò)程及其結(jié)果,是一種從屬于社會(huì)主導(dǎo)文化且具有自身獨(dú)特形態(tài)的亞文化。它以校園物質(zhì)文化為載體、以校園精神文化為內(nèi)核、以校園行為文化為標(biāo)記、以校園制度文化為中介,構(gòu)成表里如一、相互滲透的有機(jī)整體,體現(xiàn)著學(xué)校發(fā)展的整體層次和綜合水平。當(dāng)代校園文化建設(shè)需要深入汲取教育專(zhuān)業(yè)智慧,有效超越模仿企業(yè)文化的復(fù)制之路,主動(dòng)構(gòu)建把握教育專(zhuān)業(yè)方向、體現(xiàn)教育活動(dòng)真諦的理論基礎(chǔ)、實(shí)踐路徑和應(yīng)用思路,以期實(shí)現(xiàn)文化的多元價(jià)值關(guān)照,展現(xiàn)學(xué)校師生員工的生命活力,切實(shí)提升學(xué)校的辦學(xué)境界,忠誠(chéng)履行學(xué)校的教育使命。
[Abstract]:Campus culture is the process and result of material and spiritual creation of teachers and students based on specific values. It is a kind of subculture that belongs to the dominant culture of society and has its own unique form. It takes the campus material culture as the carrier, the campus spiritual culture as the core, the campus behavior culture as the mark, and the campus system culture as the intermediary. It reflects the overall level and comprehensive level of school development. The construction of contemporary campus culture needs to deeply absorb the professional wisdom of education, effectively transcend the copying road of imitating enterprise culture, take the initiative to construct and grasp the direction of education specialty, and embody the theoretical basis, practical path and application thought of the true meaning of educational activities. The aim is to realize the pluralistic value of culture, to show the vitality of teachers and students, to promote the state of running a school, and to fulfill the mission of education.
