【摘要】：隨著全球經(jīng)濟(jì)一體化、網(wǎng)絡(luò)化的加速，金融服務(wù)業(yè)得到了飛速發(fā)展，證券業(yè)作為金融行業(yè)的三大支柱之一，，在優(yōu)化資源配置、使經(jīng)濟(jì)實(shí)現(xiàn)規(guī)�；图s化發(fā)展、促進(jìn)金融市場(chǎng)平穩(wěn)運(yùn)行、調(diào)整經(jīng)濟(jì)結(jié)構(gòu)等方面發(fā)揮著越來越重要的作用。金融全球化作為經(jīng)濟(jì)全球化的風(fēng)向標(biāo)，使我國(guó)證券市場(chǎng)由封閉走向開放，行業(yè)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)由國(guó)內(nèi)局部市場(chǎng)走向全球市場(chǎng)，盡管我國(guó)大多數(shù)證券公司在國(guó)內(nèi)證券市場(chǎng)不斷繁榮壯大的背景下，取得了令人矚目的成績(jī)，很多證券公司規(guī)模得到了大幅擴(kuò)張、管理水平得到了較大提升、業(yè)務(wù)范圍由單一的經(jīng)紀(jì)業(yè)務(wù)向綜合性業(yè)務(wù)擴(kuò)展、創(chuàng)新能力也有了一定提高，但證券市場(chǎng)的日益開放使國(guó)內(nèi)證券公司面臨一系列新的壓力和挑戰(zhàn)，資本資源的全球化配置要求國(guó)內(nèi)證券公司在外部競(jìng)爭(zhēng)壓力和內(nèi)部治理結(jié)構(gòu)優(yōu)化方面取得協(xié)調(diào)發(fā)展，抗風(fēng)險(xiǎn)能力進(jìn)一步加強(qiáng)，業(yè)務(wù)手段更為先進(jìn)，盈利模式更為可靠，而這一切都有賴于證券公司建立在一定的規(guī)�；A(chǔ)之上，缺少資本投入規(guī)模的支持，證券公司將難以與國(guó)際大型投資銀行抗衡。 國(guó)外證券市場(chǎng)經(jīng)歷了大約二百多年的發(fā)展，證券公司的基本業(yè)務(wù)形態(tài)也在不斷變遷，市場(chǎng)的起落推動(dòng)了行業(yè)資本的集中，超大型證券公司在一些發(fā)達(dá)國(guó)家相繼誕生。而我國(guó)證券公司才經(jīng)歷短短二十多年的發(fā)展，制度尚不完善，市場(chǎng)尚不成熟，存在的問題較多，既有內(nèi)部治理機(jī)制問題，又有外部環(huán)境問題，然而，國(guó)內(nèi)證券公司不能在規(guī)模經(jīng)濟(jì)指引下進(jìn)行有效率的規(guī)模重構(gòu)或重組是制約其發(fā)展的又一重要因素。 國(guó)內(nèi)外在規(guī)模與效益關(guān)系的理論研究方面，有多種觀點(diǎn)體系和理論流派，但具體針對(duì)我國(guó)證券公司規(guī)模與效益關(guān)系的研究很少，也未形成主流觀點(diǎn)。本文試圖在對(duì)國(guó)內(nèi)外傳統(tǒng)的規(guī)模經(jīng)濟(jì)相關(guān)理論進(jìn)行總結(jié)分析的基礎(chǔ)上，根據(jù)我國(guó)證券公司發(fā)展基本歷程，從行業(yè)集中度的角度對(duì)我國(guó)證券公司發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行特點(diǎn)總結(jié)，按經(jīng)營(yíng)業(yè)務(wù)范圍與大小，資本資產(chǎn)的投入等對(duì)證券公司規(guī)模進(jìn)行評(píng)價(jià)，運(yùn)用主成分分析選擇綜合性業(yè)績(jī)指標(biāo)，對(duì)我國(guó)106家證券公司的規(guī)模效益進(jìn)行實(shí)證分析，發(fā)現(xiàn)我國(guó)證券行業(yè)存在著較為顯著的規(guī)模經(jīng)濟(jì)效應(yīng)。 盡管本文實(shí)證對(duì)我國(guó)證券行業(yè)的規(guī)模經(jīng)濟(jì)得到了初步驗(yàn)證，但證券公司的存在問題遠(yuǎn)不只是規(guī)模問題，業(yè)務(wù)結(jié)構(gòu)、風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管理、內(nèi)部治理等問題也困擾著證券公司，并制約證券公司規(guī)模經(jīng)濟(jì)的形成。本文結(jié)合影響業(yè)績(jī)的因素和環(huán)境，對(duì)如何有效實(shí)現(xiàn)我國(guó)證券公司規(guī)模經(jīng)濟(jì)提出了相關(guān)建議。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of the global economic integration and the network, the financial service industry has developed rapidly, and the securities industry is one of the three pillars of the financial industry. In the optimization of the resource allocation, the economy can realize the scale and the intensive development, and promote the smooth operation of the financial market. The adjustment of economic structure plays a more and more important role. As the wind-orientation of the economic globalization, the financial globalization makes the security market of our country open and open, and the competition of the industry is from the domestic local market to the global market, while most securities companies in our country have made remarkable achievements in the background of the growing prosperity of the domestic securities market, The scale of many securities companies has been greatly expanded, the management level is greatly improved, the business scope is expanded from a single brokerage business to the comprehensive business, and the innovation ability is also improved. But the opening of the securities market makes the domestic securities company face a series of new pressure and challenge, the globalization of the capital resources requires the domestic securities company to achieve the coordinated development in the external competition pressure and the internal governance structure optimization, and the anti-risk ability is further strengthened, The business means is more advanced and the profit model is more reliable, which depends on the establishment of the securities company on a certain scale, the lack of the support of the capital investment scale, and the securities company will not be able to compete with the international large investment bank. The foreign security market has gone through the development of about two hundred years, and the basic business form of the securities company is changing constantly, and the rise and fall of the market push the concentration of the industry capital. The Chinese securities company has only experienced the development of more than 20 years, the system is not perfect, the market is not mature, there are more problems, both the internal governance mechanism and the external environment, However, the domestic securities company cannot carry out the effective scale reconstruction or reorganization under the guidance of scale and economy is another important reason for restricting the development of the securities company In the aspect of the theoretical research of the relationship between scale and benefit both at home and abroad, there are many viewpoints and theoretical schools, but the research on the relationship between the size and the benefit of the securities company in our country is very small and the main body is not formed. Based on the summary and analysis of the traditional scale and economic theories at home and abroad, this paper makes a summary of the development status of our securities companies from the perspective of the concentration of the industry, according to the basic course of the development of the securities companies at home and abroad, and according to the business scope The scale of the securities company is evaluated by the investment of the size and capital assets, and the comprehensive performance index is selected by the principal component analysis, and the scale benefit of the 106 securities companies in China is analyzed. In spite of the preliminary verification of the scale economy of our country's securities industry, the problem of the securities company is not only the scale problem, the business structure, the risk management, the internal governance and so on, but also the securities company, and restricts the size of the securities company.
