【摘要】：迄今為止,海南上市公司的發(fā)展進(jìn)程大致可以分為興盛的發(fā)展初期、沉寂的發(fā)展滯后期和國際旅游島建設(shè)的新生期。近年來,海南資本市場開始重新煥發(fā)活力,公司上市進(jìn)程加快,上市公司質(zhì)量提高。但總體來說,ST類上市公司的比重仍然較高,上市公司治理問題突出,持續(xù)盈利能力與價(jià)值創(chuàng)造能力較弱,股權(quán)結(jié)構(gòu)混亂,證券市場投機(jī)氣氛濃厚。本文針對海南上市公司存在的這些現(xiàn)象,試圖從股權(quán)結(jié)構(gòu)與公司價(jià)值關(guān)系的角度來找到一些解釋。 在搜集了大量翔實(shí)資料的基礎(chǔ)上,本文使用了比較分析法、趨勢分析法、歸納演繹法和統(tǒng)計(jì)分析法等研究方法,分析研究了海南上市公司股權(quán)結(jié)構(gòu)與公司價(jià)值的關(guān)系,具體包含以下內(nèi)容： 首先闡述了股權(quán)結(jié)構(gòu)與公司價(jià)值的一些基本理論,為后文的分析提供理論支持；接著分析了海南上市公司的概況,對其有了大致的了解；然后研究了海南上市公司的價(jià)值狀況,重點(diǎn)是用EVA方法對海南上市公司進(jìn)行價(jià)值評(píng)估；再后是對海南上市公司股權(quán)結(jié)構(gòu)的研究,并具體分析了海南上市公司股權(quán)結(jié)構(gòu)與公司價(jià)值的關(guān)系；最后從內(nèi)部優(yōu)化股權(quán)結(jié)構(gòu)、外部改善資本市場環(huán)環(huán)境兩個(gè)方面提出了政策建議。
[Abstract]:So far, the development process of Hainan listed companies can be roughly divided into the initial stage of prosperity, the silent development lag period and the new stage of international tourism island construction. In recent years, Hainan capital market has begun to rejuvenate. As a whole, the proportion of St listed companies is still high, the governance problems of listed companies are prominent, and the ability of sustainable profitability and value creation is weak. The stock structure is chaotic and the speculative atmosphere in the securities market is strong. This paper tries to find some explanations from the angle of the relationship between the ownership structure and the company value in view of these phenomena of Hainan listed companies. On the basis of collecting a large amount of detailed data, this paper uses comparative analysis, trend analysis, inductive deduction and statistical analysis and other research methods. This paper analyzes and studies the relationship between the ownership structure and the company value of the listed companies in Hainan, including the following contents: Firstly, some basic theories of ownership structure and company value are expounded, which provide theoretical support for the following analysis. Then it analyzes the general situation of Hainan listed companies, and has a general understanding of them; Then it studies the value of Hainan listed companies, focusing on the value evaluation of Hainan listed companies using EVA method; The second part is the research on the ownership structure of Hainan listed companies, and analyzes the relationship between the ownership structure and the company value of Hainan listed companies. Finally, some policy suggestions are put forward from two aspects: internal optimization of equity structure and external improvement of capital market environment.
