黨的民族團(tuán)結(jié)政策在云南的實(shí)踐研究

【摘要】：云南是位于我國西南邊陲的民族大省,除去漢族以外,人口數(shù)量超過5000的民族還有25個(gè),其中的16個(gè)民族與毗鄰國家的相同民族跨境而居。云南本身復(fù)雜的民族狀況已經(jīng)給民族團(tuán)結(jié)工作提出了很大的挑戰(zhàn),而近幾年來國際社會(huì)上出現(xiàn)的民族主義思想回潮,也使得我國連帶產(chǎn)生了民族主義情緒上升和民族矛盾增加的問題,導(dǎo)致了云南的民族團(tuán)結(jié)事業(yè)更容易受到外界的影響。在這種內(nèi)外部環(huán)境都不是十分有利的局面下,云南省內(nèi)不但沒有明顯的民族矛盾跡象,反而各民族團(tuán)結(jié)相處,這充分說明了黨的民族團(tuán)結(jié)政策是十分正確而且是切實(shí)可行的。黨的民族團(tuán)結(jié)政策源自馬克思、恩格斯、列寧和斯大林等馬克思主義經(jīng)典作家的民族團(tuán)結(jié)理論,經(jīng)過黨的各代領(lǐng)導(dǎo)集體的繼承和發(fā)展,在黨的民族團(tuán)結(jié)政策的構(gòu)建和實(shí)踐中逐漸形成了一套科學(xué)完整的理論。云南在實(shí)踐黨的民族團(tuán)結(jié)政策的幾十年間,在政治上建立健全了保障民族團(tuán)結(jié)的政治制度,在經(jīng)濟(jì)上促進(jìn)了少數(shù)民族地區(qū)經(jīng)濟(jì)的持續(xù)發(fā)展,在文化教育上實(shí)現(xiàn)了文化多元和繁榮發(fā)展,取得了一系列的重大成就。同時(shí)也表明了,中國共產(chǎn)黨是民族團(tuán)結(jié)的領(lǐng)導(dǎo)核心,中國特色社會(huì)主義制度是民族團(tuán)結(jié)的政治基礎(chǔ),經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展是民族團(tuán)結(jié)的物質(zhì)基礎(chǔ)。在總結(jié)云南實(shí)踐黨的民族團(tuán)結(jié)政策中取得的成就和經(jīng)驗(yàn)的同時(shí),我們還應(yīng)該注意到新形勢下云南民族團(tuán)結(jié)事業(yè)所面臨的新的挑戰(zhàn)。少數(shù)民族宗教信仰與社會(huì)主義仍然存在對立性,少數(shù)民族地區(qū)經(jīng)濟(jì)與云南整體經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展仍然不夠協(xié)調(diào),少數(shù)民族傳統(tǒng)文化與社會(huì)主義核心價(jià)值觀的結(jié)合仍然不夠緊密,加之少數(shù)不穩(wěn)定因素的存在,都將影響到云南的民族團(tuán)結(jié)事業(yè)。面對這些問題,我們應(yīng)該在充分研究黨的民族團(tuán)結(jié)政策的基礎(chǔ)之上,結(jié)合云南的具體實(shí)際,提出相應(yīng)的合理化建議,不斷完善黨的民族團(tuán)結(jié)政策,從而更好地促進(jìn)云南民族團(tuán)結(jié)事業(yè)的發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:Yunnan is a large ethnic province located in the southwest of China. Besides the Han nationality, there are still 25 nationalities with a population of more than 5000. Among them, 16 nationalities live across borders with the same ethnic groups in neighboring countries. Yunnan's own complex ethnic situation has already posed a great challenge to the work of national unity, and the nationalist ideology that has emerged in the international community in recent years has returned to a tide. It also causes the rise of nationalist sentiment and the increase of national contradictions in our country, which makes the cause of national unity in Yunnan more vulnerable to the influence of the outside world. In this kind of internal and external environment is not very favorable situation, Yunnan Province not only has no obvious signs of ethnic contradictions, but also the unity of all ethnic groups, which fully shows that the Party's national unity policy is very correct and feasible. The Party's policy of national unity derives from Marxist classical writers such as Marx, Engels, Lenin and Stalin, and has been inherited and developed by the leading collectives of all generations of the Party. In the construction and practice of the Party's policy of national unity, a set of scientific and complete theories has been gradually formed. During the decades of practicing the Party's policy of national unity, Yunnan has established and perfected the political system to guarantee national unity in politics and promoted the sustained economic development of ethnic minority areas in the economy. Cultural education has achieved cultural diversity and prosperous development, and achieved a series of major achievements. At the same time, the Communist Party of China is the leading core of national unity, the socialist system with Chinese characteristics is the political basis of national unity, and economic development is the material basis of national unity. While summarizing the achievements and experiences in the practice of the Party's national unity policy in Yunnan, we should also pay attention to the new challenges faced by Yunnan's national unity cause under the new situation. There is still antithesis between ethnic religious beliefs and socialism, the economy of ethnic minority areas and the overall economic development of Yunnan are still not coordinated enough, and the combination of traditional minority culture and socialist core values is still not close enough. In addition, the existence of a small number of unstable factors, will affect the cause of national unity in Yunnan. In the face of these problems, we should, on the basis of fully studying the Party's policy of national unity, combine with the specific realities of Yunnan, put forward corresponding rationalization proposals, and constantly improve the Party's policy of national unity. So as to better promote the development of the cause of national unity in Yunnan.
