【摘要】：在上個世紀的八十年代末期,我國的慈善公益事業(yè)成立并且慢慢發(fā)展,但由于我國的經(jīng)濟水平落后。慈善事業(yè)起步時間靠后。與眾多的西方國家相對比而言,我國的內(nèi)地慈善行業(yè)的發(fā)展較為遲緩。并且在短時間內(nèi)還存在著很多的問題沒有解決。比如我國政府對于慈善公益事業(yè)的發(fā)展歷程中的定位存在著無視,這會造成我國慈善事業(yè)的發(fā)展延緩。并且內(nèi)地的媒體還存在著報道不實,誤導(dǎo)公眾對慈善組織的理解。政府內(nèi)部的監(jiān)管不當,這一系列的問題造成了我國內(nèi)部的管理制度的缺失,部分官員貪污腐敗造成了慈善的腐敗和慈善的盈利。由于目前我國正在走向小康社會,并且還處于最關(guān)鍵的特殊時期。所以發(fā)展慈善公益事業(yè)十分關(guān)鍵。這篇文章被分為五個部分。分別是緒論和文章相關(guān)的概念闡述及理論運用。通過這兩個部分相結(jié)合,對于選題的背景和意義做出比較,而且對于研究的目的和方法進行概述,并且區(qū)分有關(guān)概念,闡述國內(nèi)慈善組織的具體情況并且做出簡單的說明。第三個部分則是目前我國公信力下降的主要緣由和我國目前慈善機構(gòu)的公信力狀況。并且從三個不同的方面闡述了目前國內(nèi)的慈善機構(gòu)公信力的有關(guān)情況,而且對公信力喪失的根本原因作出了詳盡的論述,還從不同的層面和部分組織進行了分析和對比。第四個方面是對于國內(nèi)的慈善機構(gòu)有關(guān)的政府部門推進機制。第五個部分關(guān)于內(nèi)地的慈善機構(gòu)有關(guān)的監(jiān)督機制。對于兩方面的內(nèi)容解釋了我國公信力下降的原因還進一步分析了我慈善公益組織的正確前進道路,而且對政府在慈善事業(yè)中的身份做出了定位,不斷追責有關(guān)部門的不作為和腐敗行為,引導(dǎo)了媒體關(guān)于慈善機構(gòu)的正面新聞報道,進行慈善組織內(nèi)部管理機構(gòu)的不斷調(diào)整。
[Abstract]:In the late 1980s, China's philanthropy was established and developed slowly, but because of the backward economic level, the start time of philanthropy was backward. Compared with many Western countries, the development of the mainland philanthropy industry in China was relatively slow. For example, our government ignores the position of charitable public welfare undertakings in the course of development, which will delay the development of charitable undertakings in our country. Moreover, the media in the mainland still have inaccurate reports, misleading the public's understanding of charitable organizations. The absence of management system, corruption of some officials caused charitable corruption and charitable profits. As China is moving towards a well-off society, and is still in the most critical special period. So the development of charitable public welfare is very important. This article is divided into five parts. The introduction and article related concepts are elaborated and discussed. Through the combination of the two parts, the background and significance of the topic are compared, and the purpose and methods of the study are summarized, and the relevant concepts are distinguished, the specific conditions of domestic charitable organizations are elaborated and explained briefly. The third part is the main reason for the decline of credibility in China and I. At present, the credibility of charitable organizations in China is in a state of affairs. This paper expounds the relevant situation of the credibility of charitable organizations in China from three different aspects, and makes a detailed exposition of the fundamental causes of the loss of credibility. It also analyzes and compares the credibility of charitable organizations from different levels and some organizations. The fifth part is about the supervision mechanism of charitable organizations in the mainland. It explains the reasons for the decline of public trust in China from two aspects. It also further analyzes the correct way forward for charitable organizations in China. It also makes a positioning of the government's status in charitable undertakings and constantly pursues responsibility. The inaction and corruption of the relevant departments have led the media to make positive news reports on charitable organizations and make constant adjustments in the internal management of charitable organizations.
