【摘要】：從網(wǎng)媒的商業(yè)化運營角度,利用演化博弈論的方法探究政媒合作共同治理網(wǎng)絡輿情的模式,考慮決策者的非完全理性對風險偏好的影響,將前景理論引入政府與網(wǎng)媒的演化博弈模型,利用雅克比矩陣對平衡點進行穩(wěn)定性分析,推理出政府和網(wǎng)媒積極參與網(wǎng)絡輿情治理的約束條件,并構建政媒合作模型,分析政府和網(wǎng)媒協(xié)同合作防治網(wǎng)絡輿情危機事件的可能性。結(jié)果表明,政媒合作制度在一定條件下可以激勵網(wǎng)媒發(fā)揮其對輿情進行積極引導的主體作用,而在政媒合作失效的情況下,政府應加大監(jiān)管力度,并提升對網(wǎng)媒不負責任傳播的處罰力度。
[Abstract]:From the perspective of commercial operation of network media, this paper explores the mode of cooperative governance of network public opinion by means of evolutionary game theory, and considers the influence of incomplete rationality of decision-makers on risk preference. The foreground theory is introduced into the evolutionary game model of government and network media, the stability of equilibrium point is analyzed by Jacobian matrix, the constraint conditions of government and network media participating in the governance of network public opinion are inferred, and the cooperative model of political media is constructed. Analyze the possibility that the government and the network media cooperate to prevent and cure the crisis of network public opinion. The results show that under certain conditions, the cooperation system of the political media can encourage the network media to play the main role of actively guiding the public opinion, and in the case of the failure of the cooperation of the political media, the government should strengthen the supervision. And to enhance the network media irresponsible dissemination of penalties.
