【摘要】：隨著信息技術(shù)的不斷進步及其商業(yè)應(yīng)用的深化,共享經(jīng)濟模式逐漸興起。作為一種新型的經(jīng)濟模式,共享經(jīng)濟提高了社會閑置資源的使用效率,增進了消費者福利,因而具有強大的活力和廣闊的前景。然而,基于市場機制自發(fā)形成的共享經(jīng)濟自身有著不可克服的缺陷,這不僅阻礙了自身的發(fā)展,還對經(jīng)濟、社會各方面產(chǎn)生一定的負面影響。要維護市場秩序并使共享經(jīng)濟健康發(fā)展,政府必須改變原有的監(jiān)管模式。論文通過分析共享經(jīng)濟模式的內(nèi)涵和特征,探討共享經(jīng)濟模式對社會、經(jīng)濟各方面的影響,提出有序、有效的市場要與有力、有度的政府監(jiān)管進行高效協(xié)作,協(xié)同發(fā)展的觀點。論文認為應(yīng)該從分行業(yè)指導(dǎo)和管理、平衡創(chuàng)新與監(jiān)管關(guān)系、改善基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施及制度環(huán)境等方面提高政府對共享經(jīng)濟監(jiān)管的有效性。
[Abstract]:With the development of information technology and the deepening of commercial application, the mode of sharing economy is rising gradually. As a new economic model, sharing economy improves the efficiency of social idle resources and consumer welfare, so it has a strong vitality and broad prospects. However, the sharing economy formed spontaneously based on the market mechanism has its own insuperable defects, which not only hinders its own development, but also has a certain negative impact on the economy and social aspects. In order to maintain market order and make the shared economy develop healthily, the government must change the original supervision mode. By analyzing the connotation and characteristics of the shared economy model, this paper discusses the influence of the shared economy model on the society and economy, and puts forward the viewpoint that an orderly and effective market should cooperate with the powerful and powerful government supervision and develop in a coordinated manner. The paper holds that the effectiveness of government regulation on shared economy should be improved from the following aspects: guidance and management in different industries, balance between innovation and regulation, improvement of infrastructure and institutional environment, etc.
