【摘要】：隨著改革開放的不斷深入,在華境外非政府組織與中國政府合作模式的研究對(duì)非政府組織建設(shè)和管理模式的探索有著重要意義。目前主要有協(xié)商參與、委托授權(quán)、服務(wù)外包等合作模式,可以通過強(qiáng)化制度準(zhǔn)入、合作中貫穿中西雙方文化、采取合作理念創(chuàng)新等途徑優(yōu)化合作效果。
[Abstract]:With the deepening of reform and opening up, the research on the mode of cooperation between non-governmental organizations and the Chinese government outside China is of great significance to the exploration of the construction and management mode of non-governmental organizations. At present, there are some cooperation modes, such as negotiation and participation, entrustment and authorization, service outsourcing and so on, which can optimize the cooperation effect by strengthening the system access, running through the Chinese and western cultures in cooperation, and adopting the innovation of cooperation idea.
