【摘要】：宗教問題事關(guān)民族團(tuán)結(jié)和國(guó)家統(tǒng)一,無論是歷史上還是當(dāng)前時(shí)期,恰當(dāng)處理宗教問題意義重大。中國(guó)共產(chǎn)黨從誕生之日起,在中國(guó)革命和建設(shè)的不同歷史時(shí)期和階段,無論是從黨的工作全局,還是從處理宗教問題的政策方面來看,都是一如既往地把它放在了重要位置。改革開放初期,在鄧小平宗教理論的指導(dǎo)下,我們黨堅(jiān)持實(shí)事求是、與時(shí)俱進(jìn),逐步完成了宗教領(lǐng)域撥亂反正的任務(wù),全面貫徹落實(shí)了各項(xiàng)宗教政策。新時(shí)期面對(duì)新的形勢(shì)和新的情況,中國(guó)共產(chǎn)黨始終堅(jiān)持馬列主義關(guān)于宗教問題的基本觀點(diǎn)和基本原則并實(shí)事求是、靈活運(yùn)用,提出了關(guān)于宗教、宗教問題的創(chuàng)新認(rèn)識(shí)及新思路、新主張和新政策,對(duì)宗教問題的認(rèn)識(shí)和處理宗教問題的能力都提高到了一個(gè)新的水平。文章除緒論部分外主要包括三個(gè)部分。緒論部分的主要內(nèi)容包括了選題意義、研究動(dòng)態(tài)、研究方法和論文結(jié)構(gòu)等,交待論文創(chuàng)作的基本情況。第一章,首先說的是我黨宗教政策的發(fā)展脈絡(luò),這一部分從建黨開始依次對(duì)新中國(guó)成立前、新中國(guó)成立至改革開放前黨的宗教政策進(jìn)行梳理,縱向上對(duì)建黨以來各個(gè)時(shí)期黨對(duì)宗教的認(rèn)識(shí)及其政策進(jìn)行了概述。之后簡(jiǎn)單敘述了改革開放初期國(guó)內(nèi)新的經(jīng)濟(jì)形勢(shì)與社會(huì)形勢(shì),以及宗教工作面臨的復(fù)雜的新問題。第二章是本文論述的重點(diǎn)部分,首先,論述了改革開放初期,我們黨在鄧小平的領(lǐng)導(dǎo)下,在宗教領(lǐng)域從指導(dǎo)思想到各項(xiàng)政策、具體工作各方面進(jìn)行撥亂反正、正本清源,使我國(guó)的宗教工作重新走上正確軌道的歷史情況。接著,論述了我們黨對(duì)我國(guó)宗教、宗教問題的新認(rèn)識(shí),所提出的新思想、新主張,主要包括對(duì)宗教的含義、社會(huì)主義時(shí)期我國(guó)宗教的特點(diǎn)及宗教問題的性質(zhì)等方面的創(chuàng)新認(rèn)識(shí)。最后,論述了我們黨在新的歷史條件下,適應(yīng)我國(guó)宗教面臨的新情況新問題,及時(shí)提出積極引導(dǎo)宗教與社會(huì)主義相適應(yīng)的要求,并形成宗教工作的新思路、新方法,從而開創(chuàng)改革開放初期宗教工作新局面的歷史情況。第三章主要是從新時(shí)期宗教工作的歷史經(jīng)驗(yàn)、當(dāng)前我國(guó)宗教工作中存在的主要問題、進(jìn)一步加強(qiáng)新階段宗教工作的幾點(diǎn)思考這三個(gè)方面進(jìn)行了闡述。
[Abstract]:Religious issues concern national unity and national unity. It is of great significance to properly deal with religious issues both in history and in the present period. From the day of its birth, the Communist Party of China has always put the revolution and construction in the important position in the different historical periods and stages of China's revolution and construction, both from the overall situation of the Party's work and from the perspective of the policy on handling religious issues. In the early stage of reform and opening up, under the guidance of Deng Xiaoping's religious theory, our Party insisted on seeking truth from facts, kept pace with the times, gradually completed the task of rectifying chaos in the religious field, and carried out all religious policies in an all-round way. Facing new situations and new situations in the new period, the Communist Party of China has always adhered to the basic views and principles of Marxism-Leninism on religious issues, sought truth from facts, applied them flexibly, and put forward innovative understanding and new ideas on religion and religious issues. New ideas and policies, understanding of religious issues and the ability to deal with religious issues have all reached a new level. In addition to the introduction, the article mainly includes three parts. The main contents of the introduction include the significance of the topic, the research trends, the research methods and the structure of the paper, and the basic situation of the paper creation. The first chapter, first of all, talks about the development of our Party's religious policy. This part, from the beginning of the founding of the Party to the founding of the people's Republic of China and to the reform and opening up of the people's Republic of China before the founding of the new China, will sort out the Party's religious policies. Vertically, the Party's understanding of religion and its policies since the founding of the Party were summarized. Then it briefly describes the new domestic economic and social situation in the early stage of reform and opening up, as well as the complex new problems faced by religious work. The second chapter is the key part of this paper. First, it discusses that in the early stage of reform and opening up, under the leadership of Deng Xiaoping, our party, under the leadership of the Deng Xiaoping, in the religious field from guiding ideology to various policies, the specific aspects of the work to correct the chaos, the root of the original. Make our country's religious work go back to the correct track of the historical situation. Then, it discusses our party's new understanding of our country's religion and religious problems, the new ideas and new ideas put forward, mainly including the innovative understanding of the meaning of religion, the characteristics of Chinese religion and the nature of religious problems during the socialist period. Finally, the paper discusses that under the new historical conditions, our Party adapts to the new situation and problems faced by religion in our country, puts forward in time the requirement of actively guiding religion to adapt to socialism, and forms new ideas and methods of religious work. Thus opening up the reform and opening up a new situation of religious work in the history of the situation. The third chapter is mainly from the historical experience of the religious work in the new period, the main problems existing in the current religious work in China, and further strengthen the religious work in the new stage of thinking on these three aspects.
