【摘要】：陸地邊境乃陸地邊疆中國界沿線的一帶區(qū)域,即通常所說的"邊境地區(qū)"。陸地邊境的治理作為陸地邊疆治理的重要場域,既具有邊疆治理的一般性特征,也具有自身的特殊性。然而,目前學(xué)界多在陸地邊疆治理的框架內(nèi)對陸地邊境治理作一般性的探討,對其特殊性則相對關(guān)注較少。隨著陸地邊境治理問題的進(jìn)一步凸顯,陸地邊境治理進(jìn)程中面臨的問題不斷增多,而現(xiàn)有對陸地邊境治理的研究顯然相對不足,這既不利于陸地邊疆治理理論的構(gòu)建和完善,也不利于陸地邊境治理實踐的展開。因此,現(xiàn)有的陸地邊疆治理研究,除注重陸地邊疆治理的理論構(gòu)建外,還應(yīng)當(dāng)在研究中聚焦陸地邊境治理的諸多重要議題,將研究引向深入。加強陸地邊境治理的研究,從而構(gòu)建陸地邊疆治理的理論話語體系,提升我國陸地邊疆治理的能力和水平。
[Abstract]:The land along the border land border is China circles along the region, known as the "border area". The land border governance as an important field of land frontier governance, not only has the general characteristics of the frontier governance, also has its own particularity. However, the current academic research on the general land border in the framework of governance land frontier governance, the particularity is relatively less attention. With further highlights the land border governance problems, facing the land border governance in the process of increasing problems, but the existing research on land border governance is relatively insufficient, which is not conducive to construct and perfect the land frontier governance theory.
