【摘要】：少數(shù)民族特色村寨是物質文化遺產與非物質文化遺產的文化空間,在社會轉型過程中面臨衰敗危機。從文化生態(tài)、可持續(xù)發(fā)展、傳統(tǒng)村落原真性等理論視角出發(fā),通過魚木寨保護與利用的立法和實施個案總結魚木寨少數(shù)民族特色村寨保護與利用取得的成效,分析其存在的問題和成因,提出魚木寨少數(shù)民族特色村寨保護與利用的立法和實施應秉持可持續(xù)發(fā)展的理念,以實現(xiàn)民族特色文化保護與利用、城鎮(zhèn)化建設、經濟發(fā)展間的協(xié)調發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:The village with minority characteristics is the cultural space of the material cultural heritage and the intangible cultural heritage. It faces the crisis of decay in the process of social transformation. From the perspective of the theory of cultural ecology, sustainable development and the authenticity of traditional villages, etc. Through the legislation and practice of the protection and utilization of the Yumu stockade, the paper summarizes the achievements of the protection and utilization of the characteristic village of the Yumuzhai ethnic minority, and analyzes its existing problems and causes. It is proposed that the legislation and implementation of the protection and utilization of the characteristic villages of Yumu Zhai should be based on the concept of sustainable development in order to realize the harmonious development among the cultural protection and utilization of the national characteristics, the construction of urbanization and the economic development.
