【摘要】：福柯的治理理論對于探討中國當(dāng)下的治理實踐有著重要的借鑒意義。�？掳阎卫砜醋饕环N政治領(lǐng)域的權(quán)力技術(shù),治理術(shù)構(gòu)成其內(nèi)在合理性。他認為治理是與現(xiàn)代國家的歷史相關(guān)聯(lián)的。治理是對人的治理,治理術(shù)最初體現(xiàn)為一種國家理性,國家力量的增長是其中心問題。而隨著人口成為治理主體,治理重新建構(gòu)了一種新的合理性,迎來了自身的社會轉(zhuǎn)向。中國共產(chǎn)黨十八屆三中全會以來,推進國家治理體系和治理能力現(xiàn)代化成為全面深化改革的重要目標(biāo),因而有必要從治理本身出發(fā)來進一步探討治理體系與治理能力建設(shè)。
[Abstract]:Foucault's theory of governance to have important significance on the current practice of Chinese governance. Foucault put governance as a political power in the field of technology, governance constitute its intrinsic rationality. He believes that governance is a historical and modern state governance is associated. The governance, governance initially embodied a a reason of state, an increase of state power is the central problem. With the population to become the subject of governance, governance re construct a new rationality, ushered in its own social change. Chinese Communist Party since the third Plenary Session of the 18th CPC Central Committee, promoting national governance systems and governance capacity modernization has become an important goal of deepening the reform, it is necessary from the government itself to further explore the construction of the system of governance and governance capacity.
