【摘要】：正人們意識到,一個國家有沒有高水平的思想庫,對于這個國家參與國際政治活動有著重大的影響。本世紀(jì)初,受迅速發(fā)展的科技革命與工業(yè)革命的影響,在一些國力日趨強大的西方國家中,一批思想群體出現(xiàn)了。它們緊密跟蹤世界政治經(jīng)濟中的大事,廣羅人才,廣開言路,認(rèn)真研究各類國際"熱點"問題,對可能出現(xiàn)的危及本國利益的動向做出大膽的預(yù)測,提出常人所提不出的思想與建議。這些機構(gòu)受到政界與企業(yè)界的普遍關(guān)注。就其功能而言,這類機構(gòu)有一個統(tǒng)一的稱號-''思想庫"。 "思想庫"起著謀士與智囊的作用。在傳統(tǒng)中國政治中,"謀士"與"智囊"是為各級統(tǒng)治人
[Abstract]:It is recognized that whether a country has a high level of think tank has a significant impact on the country's participation in international political activities. At the beginning of this century, under the influence of the rapid development of science and technology revolution and industrial revolution, a group of thought groups appeared in some western countries with increasingly strong national strength. They closely follow major events in the world's politics and economy, recruit talented people, open their minds, carefully study all kinds of international "hot spots" issues, and make bold predictions of the trends that may occur that endanger their own interests. Put forward ideas and suggestions that can't be put forward by ordinary people. These institutions are the subject of widespread political and business attention. As far as its function is concerned, such institutions have a unified title, 'think tanks'. 'think tanks' act as counsellors and think tanks. In traditional Chinese politics, "counselors" and "think tanks" serve as rulers at all levels.
