【摘要】：正通告"適用于公布社會(huì)各有關(guān)方面應(yīng)當(dāng)遵守或者周知的事項(xiàng)",其內(nèi)容涉及社會(huì)的方方面面,使用主體相當(dāng)廣泛。正因?yàn)槭褂脧V泛,以及使用主體能力與專業(yè)水平的參差不齊,通告在應(yīng)用的過(guò)程中出現(xiàn)了混用、濫用等諸多問(wèn)題。目前多數(shù)應(yīng)用者是在"通告"與"公告"的抉擇上舉棋不定,也有少數(shù)人員對(duì)通告的寫(xiě)作要
[Abstract]:The announcement "shall apply to the publication of matters to be observed or known by all concerned parties of society", which covers all aspects of society and is widely used. Because of the wide use and the uneven between the ability of using the subject and the professional level, there are many problems in the application of the notice, such as mixed use, abuse and so on. At present, most of the users are uncertain about the choice between the notice and the announcement, and there are also a few people who write the notice.
