【摘要】：“義”是中國人傳統(tǒng)的倫理道德觀之一 ,長期以來一直被人們認(rèn)為是孔孟儒學(xué)宣揚(yáng)“仁義”學(xué)說的結(jié)果。其實(shí)是墨子出于建立一種穩(wěn)定的社會(huì)管理秩序的需要 ,以及出于對(duì)孔子“仁”的管理倫理思想進(jìn)行擴(kuò)充和完善的目的 ,使“義”成為了他從倫理道德層面闡述其管理思想的一個(gè)范疇。由于他的大力鼓吹和宣揚(yáng) ,具有管理倫理內(nèi)涵的“義”在當(dāng)時(shí)思想理論界產(chǎn)生了廣泛的影響 ,許多先秦學(xué)者 (史稱先秦諸子 )開始對(duì)“義”進(jìn)行更加深入的研究 ,從而使“義”在管理倫理方面的內(nèi)涵不斷得到充實(shí) ,成為了先秦管理倫理思想中的重要內(nèi)容之一 ,之后才逐漸成為中國人的一種傳統(tǒng)倫理道德觀的
[Abstract]:"Righteousness" is one of the traditional ethical and moral views of the Chinese people. It has long been regarded as the result of the doctrine of "benevolence" in Kong Meng's Confucianism. In fact, it is Mo-tse's need to establish a stable social management order and the purpose of expanding and perfecting the management ethics of Confucius's "benevolence". "It became a category of his management thought from the ethical and moral level. Because of his vigorous advocacy and advocacy, the" righteousness "with the connotation of management ethics had a wide influence on the ideological and theoretical circles at that time. Many scholars of the pre Qin Dynasty (the history of the pre Qin scholars) began to study the" righteousness "more deeply, thus making" righteousness ". The connotation of management ethics has been enriched continuously, and it has become one of the important contents of the management ethics of the pre-Qin period, and then it has gradually become a traditional ethical and moral view of the Chinese people.
