【摘要】：作為專業(yè)從事排水運(yùn)營(yíng)的排水公司下屬企業(yè),竹二輸送分公司始終以提高排水泵站生產(chǎn)現(xiàn)場(chǎng)安全水平、提升安全文化氛圍,增強(qiáng)企業(yè)防汛保障能力為發(fā)展目標(biāo),不斷加大對(duì)泵站現(xiàn)場(chǎng)設(shè)備和工作環(huán)境的安全投入。安全標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化改造強(qiáng)調(diào)了在生產(chǎn)過(guò)程中人、機(jī)、環(huán)境、管理處于安全狀態(tài),符合安全標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化規(guī)范中所規(guī)定的各項(xiàng)安全標(biāo)準(zhǔn),并通過(guò)國(guó)家安全管理部門(mén)的強(qiáng)制性評(píng)審并取得了相應(yīng)等級(jí)的資質(zhì)。對(duì)于新建成的DDH泵站,竹二輸送分公司將對(duì)其實(shí)行安全標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化改造。本論文的主要研究?jī)?nèi)容如下:(1)研究和梳理了 DDH泵站安標(biāo)改造項(xiàng)目的實(shí)施背景,圍繞為實(shí)現(xiàn)項(xiàng)目目標(biāo)所需進(jìn)行的安全設(shè)施、泵站環(huán)境等改造內(nèi)容和相關(guān)工作進(jìn)行了論述,明確了組織分工與有關(guān)的技術(shù)方案。(2)對(duì)項(xiàng)目任務(wù)進(jìn)行了結(jié)構(gòu)分解和活動(dòng)排序,估算任務(wù)時(shí)間,運(yùn)用甘特圖、網(wǎng)絡(luò)圖、里程碑計(jì)劃等進(jìn)度計(jì)劃工具制定總體進(jìn)度計(jì)劃,在此基礎(chǔ)上從健全組織管理、合理配置資源和改善實(shí)施方案等方面對(duì)項(xiàng)目的進(jìn)度計(jì)劃予以優(yōu)化。(3)對(duì)DDH泵站安標(biāo)改造項(xiàng)目中可能存在影響進(jìn)度計(jì)劃實(shí)施的問(wèn)題,包括項(xiàng)目中的進(jìn)度偏差和工作內(nèi)容變更等進(jìn)行分析。通過(guò)本論文的研究,研究總結(jié)了保證進(jìn)度計(jì)劃有效實(shí)施的控制程序和措施,并提出了進(jìn)一步可開(kāi)展研究的問(wèn)題,為運(yùn)用項(xiàng)目管理理論科學(xué)合理地對(duì)大型綜合性泵站安全標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化改造項(xiàng)目實(shí)施進(jìn)度計(jì)劃與控制起到了良好示范意義。
[Abstract]:As a subsidiary enterprise of drainage company specializing in drainage operation, Zhuer Transportation Branch has always aimed to improve the safety level of production site of drainage pump station, enhance the safety culture atmosphere, and enhance the flood prevention and security ability of the enterprise. Increasing the pumping station site equipment and working environment safety investment. The reform of safety standardization emphasizes that people, machines, environment and management are in a safe state in the process of production and conform to the safety standards stipulated in the safety standardization norms. And through the mandatory review of the National Security Administration and obtained the corresponding level of qualifications. For the newly built DDH pumping station, Zhuer Transportation Branch will carry out safety standardization transformation. The main research contents of this paper are as follows: (1) the background of DDH pump station safety standard reconstruction project is studied and combed, and the reconstruction contents and related work of safety facilities, pump station environment and so on are discussed in order to realize the project goal. The organizational division of labor and related technical schemes are clarified. (2) the project tasks are structured and sorted, the task time is estimated, and the overall progress plan is made by using Gantt chart, network diagram, milestone plan, etc. On this basis, the progress plan of the project is optimized from the aspects of sound organization and management, rational allocation of resources and improvement of the implementation plan. (3) the problems that may affect the implementation of the progress plan in the reconstruction project of DDH pumping station safety standard are discussed. Including the project schedule deviation and work content change and so on carries on the analysis. Through the research of this paper, the control procedures and measures to ensure the effective implementation of the progress plan are summarized, and the problems that can be further studied are put forward. It plays a good demonstration significance for the implementation schedule and control of large-scale comprehensive pumping station safety standardization reconstruction project by using the project management theory scientifically and reasonably.
