【摘要】：錦繡并網(wǎng)工程作為大連市取締分散式小鍋爐的試點(diǎn)項(xiàng)目，，工程質(zhì)量管理是項(xiàng)目管理中最重要的一項(xiàng)工作，貫穿項(xiàng)目整個(gè)過(guò)程，要實(shí)現(xiàn)既定質(zhì)量管理目標(biāo)，任何一個(gè)小的環(huán)節(jié)出現(xiàn)問(wèn)題將對(duì)整個(gè)項(xiàng)目質(zhì)量造成不可挽回的影響。通過(guò)對(duì)錦繡并網(wǎng)工程項(xiàng)目質(zhì)量管理研究，找出行之有效的質(zhì)量管理方式、方法，為公司項(xiàng)目質(zhì)量管理提供意見與參考是本文研究的主要目的。 錦繡并網(wǎng)工程項(xiàng)目的特點(diǎn)一是工程管道采用直埋式，必須保證設(shè)備、材料質(zhì)量，抓好管網(wǎng)基礎(chǔ)施工，克服質(zhì)量通��；二是工程量大，不僅要拆除錦繡區(qū)域兩座小鍋爐房，對(duì)原有的管網(wǎng)及熱力站進(jìn)行改造，并且敷設(shè)一定長(zhǎng)度的管網(wǎng)；三是工程材料的特殊性，該工程需使用滿足該施工條件與技術(shù)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的材料。工程項(xiàng)目質(zhì)量達(dá)到工程要求規(guī)范標(biāo)準(zhǔn)唯有通過(guò)質(zhì)量管理，只有對(duì)工程項(xiàng)目施工設(shè)計(jì)、施工過(guò)程、工程材料、工程質(zhì)量的檢測(cè)與維修等的嚴(yán)格控制，才能保證實(shí)現(xiàn)質(zhì)量管理目標(biāo)。通過(guò)對(duì)大發(fā)供熱公司錦繡并網(wǎng)工程項(xiàng)目質(zhì)量管理的特點(diǎn)和該工程在設(shè)計(jì)階段、施工階段、工程驗(yàn)收階段質(zhì)量管理的研究，錦繡并網(wǎng)工程項(xiàng)目質(zhì)量管理目前存在的主要問(wèn)題，一是公司目前還沒有完備的項(xiàng)目質(zhì)量管理制度；二是沒有專業(yè)負(fù)責(zé)質(zhì)量管理的部門與人員，項(xiàng)目管理人員質(zhì)量管理觀念不強(qiáng)，大部分職工質(zhì)量管理意識(shí)還需提高；三是工程施工過(guò)程中存在為了追求進(jìn)度降低工程質(zhì)量標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的現(xiàn)象；四是有的施工材料不滿足質(zhì)量規(guī)范標(biāo)準(zhǔn)；五是質(zhì)量管理的專業(yè)化和精細(xì)化不夠深入細(xì)致。 本文介紹了大發(fā)供熱公司錦繡并網(wǎng)工程項(xiàng)目概況，并對(duì)工程質(zhì)量管理特點(diǎn)進(jìn)行了闡述，對(duì)錦繡并網(wǎng)工程項(xiàng)目中質(zhì)量管理存在的問(wèn)題進(jìn)行了分析；在此基礎(chǔ)上，設(shè)計(jì)了錦繡并網(wǎng)工程項(xiàng)目質(zhì)量管理方案，從工程項(xiàng)目的設(shè)計(jì)、施工、竣工等不同階段入手，重點(diǎn)闡述項(xiàng)目總體質(zhì)量控制體系、設(shè)計(jì)階段質(zhì)量控制、施工階段質(zhì)量控制和竣工驗(yàn)收質(zhì)量控制方案；最后提出錦繡并網(wǎng)工程項(xiàng)目質(zhì)量管理的保障措施，從建立健全質(zhì)量管理制度，加強(qiáng)安全質(zhì)量管理，對(duì)影響工程質(zhì)量的因素實(shí)施動(dòng)態(tài)監(jiān)管等方面提出了解決措施。
[Abstract]:As a pilot project to ban decentralized small boilers in Dalian, project quality management is the most important work in project management, which runs through the whole process of the project. Any small problem will have an irreparable impact on the quality of the whole project. Through the research on the quality management of the rich brocade project connected to the grid project, the effective quality management method is found out. The main purpose of this paper is to provide advice and reference for the project quality management of the company. The characteristics of the rich brocade grid-connected project are that the pipeline is directly buried, the quality of equipment and materials must be guaranteed, and the foundation construction of pipe network must be done well. To overcome common quality problems; second, large quantities of work, not only to demolish two small boiler rooms in the Jinxiu area, to rebuild the original pipe network and thermal station, and to lay pipe networks of a certain length; and third, the particularity of engineering materials, The project needs to use materials that meet the construction conditions and technical standards. The quality of engineering project can meet the standard of engineering requirements only through quality management, only through strict control of the construction design, construction process, engineering materials, engineering quality inspection and maintenance, can the quality management objectives be achieved. Through the research on the characteristics of the quality management of the Jinxiu grid-connected project in Dafa heating Company and the research on the quality management of the project in the design stage, the construction stage and the acceptance stage of the project, the main problems existing in the quality management of the Jinxiu grid-connected project at present are discussed. First, the company does not have a complete project quality management system at present; second, there is no professional department and personnel in charge of quality management, the concept of quality management of project management personnel is not strong, and the awareness of quality management of most employees needs to be improved. Third, in the process of engineering construction, there is the phenomenon of reducing the quality standard in order to pursue the progress, fourth, some construction materials do not meet the quality standard; Fifth, the specialization and refinement of quality management is not thorough and meticulous. This paper introduces the general situation of the project of rich brocade and grid connection in Dafa heating Company, and expounds the characteristics of project quality management. This paper analyzes the problems existing in the quality management of the rich brocade grid-connected project, and on this basis, designs the quality management scheme of the rich brocade grid-connected project, starting with the different stages of the project, such as the design, construction, completion of the project, etc. The overall quality control system of the project, the quality control in the design phase, the quality control in the construction phase and the acceptance quality control scheme for the completion of the project are expounded, and the guarantee measures for the quality management of the project are put forward. From the aspects of establishing and perfecting the quality management system, strengthening the safety quality management, and implementing the dynamic supervision to the factors affecting the engineering quality, the paper puts forward the solving measures.
