【摘要】：年鑒是系統(tǒng)工程,作為年度項(xiàng)目,可以結(jié)合項(xiàng)目階段、項(xiàng)目工作包干、項(xiàng)目活動(dòng)等相關(guān)項(xiàng)目管理實(shí)踐,有效實(shí)現(xiàn)年鑒項(xiàng)目的計(jì)劃、組織、實(shí)施、控制和決策,最終完成預(yù)期的質(zhì)量目標(biāo)。《北京教育年鑒》編纂實(shí)踐中,從通過(guò)項(xiàng)目生命周期概念界定年鑒的流程模塊;按照項(xiàng)目范圍管理要求梳理項(xiàng)目實(shí)施與控制階段工作;在年鑒項(xiàng)目階段范圍界定的基礎(chǔ)上完成年鑒項(xiàng)目工作分解;通過(guò)項(xiàng)目時(shí)間管理把握年鑒工作流程進(jìn)度,高質(zhì)量完成年鑒編纂工作,年鑒編纂通過(guò)項(xiàng)目管理實(shí)現(xiàn)科學(xué)化管理。
[Abstract]:Yearbook is a system engineering, as an annual project, it can effectively realize the plan, organization, implementation, control and decision of yearbook project by combining the project stage, project work, project activity and other related project management practices. In the compilation practice of Beijing Education Yearbook, define the process module of yearbook through the concept of project life cycle, sort out the project implementation and control stage according to the project scope management requirements; On the basis of defining the scope of the yearbook project, the yearbook project work is decomposed, and the yearbook compilation is carried out scientifically through the project management to master the schedule of the yearbook work flow and to complete the yearbook compilation work with high quality.
