虛擬組織在中鐵建T公司宣傳報道項(xiàng)目管理中的運(yùn)用研究

【摘要】:近年來,建筑施工市場發(fā)展迅速,由于行業(yè)競爭日益加劇,大部分施工企業(yè)紛紛另辟蹊徑,把強(qiáng)化宣傳報道作為提升綜合實(shí)力和搶占市場先機(jī)的重要手段。中鐵建T公司是典型的建筑施工企業(yè),近幾年在地鐵市場領(lǐng)域嶄露頭角,地鐵施工能力及技術(shù)管理水平在同行業(yè)中處于領(lǐng)先水平。但在企業(yè)品牌宣傳方面,同樣受到了企業(yè)性質(zhì)、地域分散、人員缺乏且能力水平有限等條件的限制,短時期內(nèi)很難發(fā)揮出預(yù)想的效果。為了提升地鐵綜合競爭實(shí)力,中鐵建T公司在做好地鐵施工管理的同時,不斷創(chuàng)新宣傳報道管理模式和制度措施,加強(qiáng)對宣傳報道工作人員的教育和培養(yǎng),通過提高人員素質(zhì)來推動宣傳報道工作的整體提升。筆者以中鐵建T公司宣傳報道工作為研究對象,結(jié)合對虛擬組織的系統(tǒng)綜述和公司宣傳報道工作的實(shí)際情況,對兼職通訊員進(jìn)行問卷調(diào)查并認(rèn)真分析,總結(jié)了中鐵建T公司采用虛擬組織進(jìn)行宣傳報道管理取得的成績,分析了存在的問題并提出了解決措施。本文通過問卷調(diào)查和歸納分析法,對采用虛擬組織進(jìn)行宣傳報道工作管理進(jìn)行了研究,得出了具有一定意義的研究成果,升遷與發(fā)展機(jī)會是兼職通訊員最為關(guān)注的問題,宣傳報道工作對于兼職通訊員有較大靈活性,優(yōu)化稿酬發(fā)放能夠成為激勵兼職通訊員的有效途徑,等等。本文對相關(guān)問題提出了合理化建議和措施,如:進(jìn)一步優(yōu)化宣傳報道工作虛擬組織模式,搭建更為穩(wěn)固的組織架構(gòu);進(jìn)一步強(qiáng)化內(nèi)部驅(qū)動力和外部的支持力;進(jìn)一步明確和精簡宣傳報道工作任務(wù),降低兼職通訊員工作量。本文研究的目的就在于通過中鐵建T公司宣傳報道項(xiàng)目管理這個案例,探求采用虛擬組織進(jìn)行企業(yè)宣傳報道工作管理的科學(xué)方法與適應(yīng)措施,并就此總結(jié)出虛擬組織在企業(yè)宣傳報道工作中行之有效的管理方案。
[Abstract]:In recent years, the construction market has developed rapidly. Because of the increasingly fierce competition in the construction industry, most construction enterprises have taken the strengthening of propaganda reports as an important means to enhance the comprehensive strength and seize the market opportunities. China Railway Construction T Company is a typical construction enterprise in recent years in the field of subway market emerging subway construction capacity and technical management level in the same industry in the leading level. However, in the aspect of enterprise brand propaganda, it is also restricted by the nature of enterprise, geographical dispersion, lack of personnel and limited ability, so it is difficult to give full play to the desired effect in a short period of time. In order to enhance the comprehensive competitive strength of the subway, while doing a good job in subway construction management, China Railway Construction T Company has constantly innovated the management mode and system measures of propaganda and reporting, and has strengthened the education and training of propaganda and reporting staff. By improving the quality of personnel to promote the overall promotion of the work of publicity and reporting. Taking the propaganda and reporting work of China Railway Construction T Company as the research object, combining the systematic summary of virtual organization and the actual situation of the company's propaganda and reporting work, the author makes a questionnaire survey on the part-time correspondents and makes a careful analysis. This paper summarizes the achievements of China Railway Construction T Company in using virtual organization for propaganda and report management, analyzes the existing problems and puts forward some measures to solve them. Through questionnaire survey and inductive analysis, this paper studies the management of propaganda and reporting by virtual organization, and draws some meaningful research results. Promotion and development opportunities are the most concerned issues for part-time correspondents. Propagandizing and reporting has greater flexibility for part-time correspondents, and optimizing payment can become an effective way to motivate part-time correspondents, and so on. This paper puts forward some reasonable suggestions and measures, such as: further optimizing the virtual organization model of propaganda and reporting, setting up a more stable organizational structure, further strengthening the internal driving force and external support; Further clarify and streamline the task of publicity and reporting, and reduce the workload of part-time correspondents. The purpose of this study is to explore the scientific methods and adaptive measures of enterprise propaganda and reporting work management by using virtual organization through the case of project management of China Railway Construction T Company. And summarizes the virtual organization in the enterprise propaganda and reporting in the effective management program.
