【摘要】：軟件產(chǎn)業(yè)成為21世紀(jì)擁有最大產(chǎn)業(yè)規(guī)模和最具廣闊前景的新興產(chǎn)業(yè)之一,但軟件項(xiàng)目風(fēng)險(xiǎn)高、軟件質(zhì)量差一直是困擾企業(yè)的一個(gè)大問題。風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管理是項(xiàng)目管理中很重要的管理活動(dòng),通過風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管理可以使項(xiàng)目進(jìn)程更加平穩(wěn),可以獲得很高的跟蹤和控制項(xiàng)目的能力,有效的實(shí)施軟件風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管理是軟件項(xiàng)目開發(fā)工作順利完成的保證。針對(duì)軟件項(xiàng)目的獨(dú)特性,充分學(xué)習(xí)軟件風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管理的理論知識(shí),同時(shí)在項(xiàng)目實(shí)踐活動(dòng)中累積經(jīng)驗(yàn),有效的進(jìn)行主動(dòng)風(fēng)險(xiǎn)防范和控制,降低風(fēng)險(xiǎn)的破壞程度和實(shí)現(xiàn)利益最大化追求的目的。本文以當(dāng)前經(jīng)濟(jì)環(huán)境為背景,從國內(nèi)外軟件項(xiàng)目風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管理研究現(xiàn)狀為出發(fā)點(diǎn),用ADP項(xiàng)目,即一個(gè)提供手機(jī)無線多屏配件和供手機(jī)使用的軟件客戶端的開發(fā)過程為研究對(duì)象,詳細(xì)的從軟件項(xiàng)目生命周期的各個(gè)階段的角度去識(shí)別風(fēng)險(xiǎn),利用風(fēng)險(xiǎn)知識(shí)庫,對(duì)辨識(shí)的風(fēng)險(xiǎn),采用風(fēng)險(xiǎn)評(píng)估指數(shù)法(RAC)并且結(jié)合德爾菲法進(jìn)行風(fēng)險(xiǎn)評(píng)估,通過制定一系列的風(fēng)險(xiǎn)行動(dòng)計(jì)劃和風(fēng)險(xiǎn)跟蹤應(yīng)對(duì)措施,有效防范或降低了項(xiàng)目風(fēng)險(xiǎn)。ADP開發(fā)項(xiàng)目風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管理的實(shí)踐經(jīng)驗(yàn)對(duì)國內(nèi)企業(yè)軟件項(xiàng)目風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管理提供借鑒意義。
[Abstract]:The software industry has become one of the emerging industries with the largest industrial scale and the most broad prospect in the 21st century, but the risk of software projects is high and the software quality is poor. Risk management is a very important management activity in project management. Through risk management, the process of the project can be more stable and the ability to track and control the project can be obtained. Effective implementation of software risk management is the guarantee of successful completion of software project development. In view of the uniqueness of the software project, we should fully learn the theoretical knowledge of software risk management, at the same time accumulate experience in the practical activities of the project, and effectively carry out active risk prevention and control. Reduce the damage degree of risk and achieve the goal of maximizing profit. This paper takes the current economic environment as the background, from the domestic and foreign software project risk management research present situation as the starting point, uses the ADP project, namely provides the handset wireless multi-screen accessory and the software client for the handset to use as the research object. From the point of view of each stage of the software project life cycle, the paper uses the risk knowledge base, adopts the risk assessment index method to evaluate the risk, and combines Delphi method to carry out the risk assessment. By making a series of risk action plans and risk tracking measures, the practical experience of developing project risk management by effectively preventing or reducing project risk. ADP provides reference for domestic enterprise software project risk management.
