【摘要】：信息時代的信息的膨脹,讓所有的科學技術都是根據(jù)對數(shù)據(jù)信息的管理來進行相應的研究的,在天然氣管道項目成本管理中就涉及到大量的數(shù)據(jù),這些數(shù)據(jù)處理需要一種高效的手段,來幫助對項目的管理,保證成本最低,實現(xiàn)效益最大化。本文是在針對天然氣管道項目成本管理需要的基礎上開發(fā)了本系統(tǒng),在本系統(tǒng)開發(fā)準備充分的情況下使用了目前最主流的C#語言和ASP.NET技術,同時利用了現(xiàn)在主流的三層架構B/S模型,并且在此基礎上使用了 MVC框架技術,并且針對預算使用了相關的類比估算法和參數(shù)模型法,利用上述方法完成了項目預算模塊、項目成本控制模塊、項目成本核算模塊、成本分析查詢模塊和系統(tǒng)基本維護模塊的設計,其中在項目預算和成本估算中除了使用上述方法之外還使用了香蕉圖和成本基線等方法可以很好的和系統(tǒng)進行相應的算法設計,保證了系統(tǒng)功能的實現(xiàn),同時這些算法可以有效的對成本管理起到很好的作用,保證了對成本的節(jié)省,增加了效益。天然氣管道項目成本管理系統(tǒng)的實現(xiàn),對現(xiàn)存的天然氣管道成本結算起到至關重要的作用,這樣可以有效的節(jié)省成本的投入,并且可以提高項目的效率,并且對該系統(tǒng)的研究對我國相關類似系統(tǒng)的建立提供了范例,具有很好的參考價值,為我國相關體系的建立提供了基礎。
[Abstract]:Due to the expansion of information in the information age, all science and technology research is based on the management of data information. A lot of data are involved in the cost management of natural gas pipeline projects. These data processing needs an efficient means to help manage the project, to ensure the lowest cost and to maximize the benefits. This paper develops the system based on the need of cost management of natural gas pipeline project, and uses the most mainstream C # language and ASP.NET technology under the condition that the system is fully prepared. At the same time, using the current mainstream three-tier architecture of the B / S model, and on this basis using the MVC framework technology, and for the budget using the analogy estimation method and parameter model method, using the above methods to complete the project budget module, The design of project cost control module, project cost accounting module, cost analysis inquiry module and system basic maintenance module, In addition to the use of the above methods in the project budget and cost estimation, the banana chart and cost baseline can be used to design the corresponding algorithm and ensure the realization of the system function. At the same time, these algorithms can effectively play a good role in cost management, ensure cost savings and increase efficiency. The realization of the cost management system of the natural gas pipeline project plays an important role in the existing natural gas pipeline cost settlement, which can save the cost effectively and improve the efficiency of the project. The research on the system provides an example for the establishment of similar systems in our country, has a good reference value, and provides a foundation for the establishment of related systems in China.
