【摘要】：隨著“代建制”在我國的深入推行，代建績效水平普遍不高的現(xiàn)狀與代建業(yè)務(wù)的廣泛需求之間的矛盾日益明顯，亟待進(jìn)行代建績效的改善。本文試圖引入知識管理和組織學(xué)習(xí)理論，從代建單位的角度入手來研究代建績效改善問題。 本文通過對“代建制”和代建管理模式的理論分析，界定出代建績效的概念和內(nèi)涵，通過問卷調(diào)研對當(dāng)前各地代建單位的代建績效現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行衡量和分析，并通過文獻(xiàn)研究和問卷調(diào)研對代建績效的主要影響因素進(jìn)行了識別與界定，提出了代建績效改善的角度和思路。 在前人研究成果的基礎(chǔ)上，對代建單位的知識管理、組織學(xué)習(xí)、項目管理核心能力和代建績效等研究變量的含義進(jìn)行了界定，開發(fā)出相應(yīng)的測量量表，通過文獻(xiàn)研究和基礎(chǔ)理論分析，提出了有關(guān)各績效改善要素與代建績效關(guān)系的研究假設(shè)，并構(gòu)建出知識管理、組織學(xué)習(xí)與項目管理核心能力對代建績效的改善機(jī)理理論模型。 根據(jù)實(shí)證研究的步驟與方法，開發(fā)了實(shí)證研究的測量工具，編制出調(diào)查問卷，對分布在江蘇、上海、山東、山西、天津、遼寧、海南、廣東、福建等9個省市的65個代建項目進(jìn)行了問卷調(diào)查，利用SPSS17.0和AMOS7.0等統(tǒng)計分析軟件對調(diào)研數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行描述性統(tǒng)計分析、效度與信度分析、相關(guān)分析以及數(shù)據(jù)正態(tài)性檢驗(yàn)，并利用AMOS7.0軟件對初始結(jié)構(gòu)方程模型進(jìn)行檢驗(yàn)、運(yùn)行與修正，得出了最優(yōu)模型，然后利用初始模型和最優(yōu)模型對理論假設(shè)進(jìn)行驗(yàn)證，厘清了知識管理、組織學(xué)習(xí)和項目管理核心能力對代建績效的改善機(jī)理和影響路徑，并對實(shí)證研究結(jié)果進(jìn)行了分析和討論。 在對系統(tǒng)動力學(xué)的基本原理、方法和實(shí)施步驟進(jìn)行理論分析的基礎(chǔ)上，討論了代建績效改善系統(tǒng)的動力學(xué)特征，分析了代建績效改善系統(tǒng)的因果關(guān)系，構(gòu)建出代建績效改善系統(tǒng)的SD模型，并對SD模型中的變量進(jìn)行編碼和描述。在此基礎(chǔ)上，編寫出SD方程式，利用VENSIM PLE軟件對代建績效改善效果進(jìn)行SD仿真，并對仿真結(jié)果進(jìn)行了討論。 本文從三個方面提出了實(shí)現(xiàn)代建績效改善的具體措施。首先，圍繞代建單位知識管理水平的提升問題，根據(jù)代建單位的工作特點(diǎn)和實(shí)際需要，運(yùn)用知識管理理論，，對代建單位的知識體系進(jìn)行劃分，構(gòu)建出基于知識管理活動系統(tǒng)、知識管理組織系統(tǒng)和知識管理信息系統(tǒng)的代建單位知識管理體系，并構(gòu)建出代建單位知識管理績效評價指標(biāo)體系和基于模糊綜合評判法的評價模型及其組織實(shí)施方式。其次，圍繞代建單位組織學(xué)習(xí)能力的提升問題，運(yùn)用組織學(xué)習(xí)理論和學(xué)習(xí)型組織理論，提出了基于“火箭模型”的代建單位學(xué)習(xí)型組織的創(chuàng)建方法，以及代建單位組織學(xué)習(xí)的方式和途徑，并對代建單位組織學(xué)習(xí)的障礙和應(yīng)對措施進(jìn)行了討論與分析。再次，圍繞代建單位項目管理核心能力的提升問題，運(yùn)用核心能力理論，構(gòu)建出代建單位項目管理核心能力的指標(biāo)體系，并提出培育和提升代建單位項目管理核心能力的措施。最后，得出了代建績效改善系統(tǒng)的實(shí)現(xiàn)框架。
[Abstract]:With the deepening of the " generation system " in our country , the contradiction between the present situation and the wide demand of the construction business is becoming more and more obvious , and it is urgent to improve the generation performance . In this paper , we try to introduce the theory of knowledge management and organizational learning .

Based on the theoretical analysis of the " generation system " and the generation management mode , this paper defines the concept and connotation of the generation performance , and through the questionnaire investigation , the present situation of the generation performance of the current generation units is measured and analyzed , and the main influencing factors of the generation performance are identified and defined through the literature research and the questionnaire investigation , and the angle and the thinking of the improvement of the generation performance improvement are proposed .

Based on the previous research results , the author defines the meaning of the research variables such as knowledge management , organizational learning , project management core competence and generation performance of the generation units , and develops the corresponding measurement scale . Through the literature research and the basic theory analysis , the paper puts forward the research assumptions about the relationship between each performance improvement element and the generation performance relationship , and constructs the theoretical model of the improvement mechanism of knowledge management , organizational learning and project management core competence on the generation performance .

Based on the steps and methods of the empirical research , a survey was developed for the survey of 65 projects in nine provinces , including Jiangsu , Shanghai , Shandong , Shanxi , Tianjin , Liaoning , Hainan , Guangdong and Fujian provinces .

Based on the theoretical analysis of the basic principle , method and implementation steps of the system dynamics , the dynamic characteristics of the system for improving the performance of the system are discussed , the causal relationship between the generation performance improvement system is analyzed , the SD model of the generation performance improvement system is constructed , and the variables in the SD model are encoded and described . On the basis of this , the SD equation is written , and the effect of improving the generation performance is simulated by VENSIM PLE software , and the simulation results are discussed .

This paper puts forward the concrete measures for improving the construction performance improvement from three aspects . First , based on the work characteristics and actual needs of the construction unit , the paper divides the knowledge system of the construction unit , constructs the evaluation model based on the knowledge management activity system , the knowledge management organization system and the knowledge management information system , and constructs the evaluation model based on the knowledge management activity system , the knowledge management organization system and the knowledge management information system , and puts forward the evaluation index system based on the knowledge management activity system , the knowledge management organization system and the knowledge management information system .
