淘寶退貨運費險項目問題與對策研究

【摘要】:社會經(jīng)濟的不斷進步促使了電子商務(wù)市場的不斷發(fā)展,并演變成廣為流行的商務(wù)模式。在現(xiàn)階段的電子商務(wù)市場上,消費者需求多樣化,新產(chǎn)品層出不窮,經(jīng)過行業(yè)的不斷篩選后,個別電商巨頭興起,有很多電商企業(yè)開始進軍金融市場,因此也可以判斷出,電子商務(wù)的發(fā)展對金融市場的發(fā)展也有著一定的促進作用,而近年來,在金融行業(yè)中,也出現(xiàn)了很多電子商務(wù)的創(chuàng)新案例。隨著互聯(lián)網(wǎng)的普及和網(wǎng)絡(luò)購物環(huán)境的改善,網(wǎng)購交易額的不斷增長,在線退貨事件的不斷增多,由退貨引起的糾紛逐漸成為制約電子商務(wù)發(fā)展的一大瓶頸。而在當(dāng)前所有的退貨糾紛中,有42%是由于買賣雙方對退貨郵費協(xié)商不一致產(chǎn)生的。為了有效解決網(wǎng)購交易過程中退貨運費由誰支付的難題,避免售后問題的很多不必要麻煩,華泰保險經(jīng)過長達6個月的調(diào)研分析,結(jié)合網(wǎng)購交易特點專門針對淘寶推出了一種保險—退貨運費險。目前,有關(guān)退貨運費險的研究并不多,且研究方向都是從保險行業(yè)的角度對其進行分析。相關(guān)學(xué)者對退貨運費險的現(xiàn)狀以及未來的發(fā)展進行了研究,指出了退貨運費險是一種十分具有發(fā)展前景的險種,此外對退貨風(fēng)險的可保性進行了分析,證明了淘寶退貨運費險是具有可保性的。而當(dāng)前從電子商務(wù)角度對退貨運費險進行的分析和研究卻基本處于空白,故本文選擇從此角度進行研究。本文將通過對電子商務(wù)市場以及金融服務(wù)之間的關(guān)系進行解讀,分析出兩者合作的發(fā)展模式,并以此為基點,借鑒電子商務(wù)模式里的固定法則,結(jié)合淘寶退費的基本原則,進而挖掘到項目管理的實操經(jīng)驗,經(jīng)過保險公司與淘寶網(wǎng)合作開發(fā)出的全新項目領(lǐng)域,可在日后電子商務(wù)市場發(fā)展中發(fā)揮出乎意料的功能,推動項目大展拳腳。文中所研究的電子商務(wù)保險,其本質(zhì)上屬于保險公司與電子商務(wù)平臺進行合作,基于電子商務(wù)的特點開發(fā)并在內(nèi)部推出一種新興的電子商務(wù)業(yè)務(wù),從而使雙方都能從中受益。通過對消費者保險以及企業(yè)保險的不同分析,提出相關(guān)思考,如何看待電子商務(wù)保險、如何促進電子商務(wù)保險的不斷完善,如何加深電子商務(wù)企業(yè)與保險公司的合作,為其他行業(yè)提供參考借鑒,乃至為金融行業(yè)提供創(chuàng)新經(jīng)驗。
[Abstract]:The development of social economy promotes the development of e-commerce market and becomes a popular business model. In the e-commerce market at this stage, consumer demand is diversified and new products emerge in endlessly. After continuous screening in the industry, individual e-commerce giants have emerged, and many e-commerce enterprises have begun to enter the financial market. Therefore, it can also be judged that, The development of electronic commerce also promotes the development of financial market, and in recent years, in the financial industry, there have been many innovative cases of electronic commerce. With the popularity of the Internet and the improvement of the online shopping environment, the volume of online shopping transactions continues to grow, and the number of online return events continues to increase. The disputes caused by the return gradually become a major bottleneck restricting the development of electronic commerce. In the current all return disputes, 42% is due to the buyer and seller on the return of postage negotiations did not agree. In order to effectively solve the problem of who pays for the return freight in the course of online shopping transactions, and to avoid many unnecessary troubles caused by after-sale problems, Huatai Insurance has been investigated and analyzed for up to six months. Combined with the characteristics of online shopping transactions specifically for Taobao to launch a kind of insurance-return freight insurance. At present, there is not much research on return freight insurance, and the research direction is to analyze it from the point of view of insurance industry. Relevant scholars have studied the present situation and future development of return freight insurance, and pointed out that return freight insurance is a kind of insurance which has a very bright future. In addition, the insurability of return risk is analyzed. It is proved that Taobao return freight insurance is insurable. At present, the analysis and research of return freight insurance from the angle of electronic commerce is basically blank, so this paper chooses to study from this angle. This paper will analyze the relationship between the electronic commerce market and financial services, analyze the development model of the two cooperation, and draw lessons from the fixed rules in the electronic commerce model, combined with the basic principles of Taobao refund fee, The new project field developed by insurance company and Taobao can play an unexpected role in the development of electronic commerce market in the future and promote the development of the project. The electronic commerce insurance studied in this paper essentially belongs to the cooperation between insurance company and electronic commerce platform. It is based on the characteristics of electronic commerce to develop and launch a new kind of electronic commerce business inside so that both sides can benefit from it. Through the different analysis of consumer insurance and enterprise insurance, this paper puts forward the relevant thinking, how to treat the electronic commerce insurance, how to promote the continuous improvement of the electronic commerce insurance, how to deepen the cooperation between the electronic commerce enterprise and the insurance company, For other industries to provide reference, and even for the financial industry to provide innovative experience.
