【摘要】:建筑工程質(zhì)量影響工程項(xiàng)目管理目標(biāo)的實(shí)現(xiàn),同時(shí)也影響國(guó)家利益及人民群眾的生命財(cái)產(chǎn)安全,是與民生息息相關(guān)的問(wèn)題。如今,建筑業(yè)發(fā)展迅猛,規(guī)模逐步擴(kuò)大,國(guó)家對(duì)建筑業(yè)的質(zhì)量工作高度重視,推出了很多的方法與技術(shù),但仍然難以控制質(zhì)量低下的局面。臨朐金利源小區(qū)作為公租房,質(zhì)量是衡量項(xiàng)目管理目標(biāo)實(shí)現(xiàn)的最關(guān)鍵指標(biāo),因此,研究臨朐金利源小區(qū)建設(shè)項(xiàng)目的質(zhì)量控制具有很重要的意義。建設(shè)項(xiàng)目管理是一個(gè)復(fù)雜動(dòng)態(tài)的系統(tǒng),內(nèi)部存在各種確定與不確定的因素影響質(zhì)量,同時(shí)因素間相互作用發(fā)生變化,導(dǎo)致工程項(xiàng)目質(zhì)量控制存在很多的不確定性,以往對(duì)質(zhì)量的研究大部分從定性角度來(lái)說(shuō)明,以定量角度研究質(zhì)量的國(guó)內(nèi)目前處于起步階段,且主要為施工階段的質(zhì)量,而影響整個(gè)工程項(xiàng)目質(zhì)量最主要的是設(shè)計(jì)階段,并貫穿于整個(gè)工程項(xiàng)目質(zhì)量,所以以定量的形式同時(shí)研究設(shè)計(jì)階段和施工階段的質(zhì)量控制是十分必要的;诖,本文以臨朐金利源小區(qū)建設(shè)項(xiàng)目為例,嘗試采用系統(tǒng)動(dòng)力學(xué)方法同時(shí)定量分析臨朐金利源小區(qū)建設(shè)項(xiàng)目設(shè)計(jì)階段和施工階段的質(zhì)量。本文首先從國(guó)內(nèi)外角度分析了研究者對(duì)建設(shè)工程項(xiàng)目質(zhì)量控制的研究現(xiàn)狀及發(fā)展動(dòng)態(tài),總結(jié)了工程項(xiàng)目質(zhì)量控制中存在的問(wèn)題,提出了本文所研究的內(nèi)容;其次介紹了建設(shè)工程項(xiàng)目質(zhì)量管理的基本理論與方法,闡述了系統(tǒng)動(dòng)力學(xué)的基本理論知識(shí),為后面的應(yīng)用提供理論基礎(chǔ);第三簡(jiǎn)述了臨朐金利源小區(qū)建設(shè)項(xiàng)目的基本情況和質(zhì)量管理模式,并分析在設(shè)計(jì)階段和施工階段中存在的質(zhì)量問(wèn)題;第四根據(jù)臨朐金利源小區(qū)建設(shè)項(xiàng)目存在的質(zhì)量問(wèn)題分析了影響質(zhì)量的主要因素有.人的因素子系統(tǒng)、材料因素子系統(tǒng)和機(jī)械因素子系統(tǒng),根據(jù)各個(gè)子系統(tǒng)中因素的相互作用建立了各因素子系統(tǒng)的因果關(guān)系圖,因果關(guān)系圖定性的描述了各因素對(duì)質(zhì)量的影響,為了便于定量計(jì)算需對(duì)影響因素確定變量,根據(jù)確定的變量和因果關(guān)系圖繪制系統(tǒng)動(dòng)力學(xué)模型,確定模型中的各個(gè)因素間的方程;‘最后采用Vensim軟件對(duì)建立的動(dòng)力學(xué)模型進(jìn)行仿真,根據(jù)仿真結(jié)果分析了狀態(tài)變量的變化情況,提出了在實(shí)施階段質(zhì)量控制的主要內(nèi)容和保障措施。本文將建設(shè)項(xiàng)目質(zhì)量控制看成是一個(gè)動(dòng)態(tài)的、信息反饋的系統(tǒng)過(guò)程,將系統(tǒng)動(dòng)力學(xué)用于建設(shè)項(xiàng)目質(zhì)量控制中,定量的分析了各因素對(duì)質(zhì)量的影響,增加了建設(shè)項(xiàng)目質(zhì)量控制的研究方法,也豐富了系統(tǒng)動(dòng)力學(xué)的應(yīng)用范圍。該工程項(xiàng)目質(zhì)量控制的經(jīng)驗(yàn)方法對(duì)于同類建筑工程項(xiàng)目質(zhì)量控制具有一定的指導(dǎo)和借鑒意義。
[Abstract]:The quality of construction projects affects the realization of project management objectives, and also affects the interests of the country and the safety of life and property of the people, which is closely related to the livelihood of the people. Nowadays, the construction industry develops rapidly, the scale expands gradually, the country attaches great importance to the quality work of the construction industry, and puts forward a lot of methods and techniques, but it is still difficult to control the situation of low quality. As a public rental house, the quality of Jinliyuan district in Linqu is the most important index to measure the realization of project management goal. Therefore, it is of great significance to study the quality control of Jinliyuan district construction project in Linqu. Construction project management is a complex and dynamic system. There are a variety of deterministic and uncertain factors that affect the quality, and the interaction between the factors changes, which leads to a lot of uncertainties in the quality control of engineering projects. In the past, most of the research on quality is from a qualitative point of view. The domestic research on quality from a quantitative perspective is in its infancy at present, and it is mainly the quality of the construction stage, and the most important factor affecting the quality of the whole project is the design stage. Therefore, it is necessary to study the quality control of the design and construction phases in a quantitative way. Based on this, this paper takes the construction project of Jinliyuan district in Linqu as an example, and attempts to use the system dynamics method to analyze the quality of the design and construction phase of the construction project in Jinliyuan district of Linqu at the same time. Firstly, this paper analyzes the present situation and development trend of the researchers' research on the quality control of construction projects from the domestic and foreign angles, summarizes the problems existing in the quality control of the construction projects, and puts forward the contents of this paper. Secondly, it introduces the basic theory and method of construction project quality management, expounds the basic theory knowledge of system dynamics, and provides the theoretical basis for the later application. The third part briefly introduces the basic situation and quality management mode of the construction project of Jinliyuan district in Linqu, and analyzes the quality problems in the design and construction stages. Fourth, according to the quality problems of Jinliyuan district construction project in Linqu, the main factors affecting the quality are analyzed. Human factor subsystem, material factor subsystem and mechanical factor subsystem. According to the interaction of factors in each subsystem, the causality diagram of each factor subsystem is established. The causality graph qualitatively describes the influence of each factor on quality. In order to calculate the influence factors quantitatively, the system dynamics model is drawn according to the determined variables and causality graph, and the equations among the factors in the model are determined. Finally, the dynamic model is simulated by Vensim software. According to the simulation results, the variation of state variables is analyzed, and the main content and guarantee measures of quality control in the implementation stage are put forward. In this paper, the quality control of construction project is regarded as a dynamic and information feedback system process, the system dynamics is used in the quality control of construction project, and the influence of various factors on the quality is analyzed quantitatively. The research method of quality control of construction project is increased, and the application scope of system dynamics is enriched. The experiential method of quality control of this project has certain guiding and referential significance for the quality control of similar construction projects.
