【摘要】：自金審工程二期建設(shè)、現(xiàn)場審計實施系統(tǒng)(AO)與審計管理系統(tǒng)(OA)全面投入使用以來,各級審計機關(guān)積極響應(yīng)審計署“大力推廣先進審計技術(shù)方法,積極探索信息化環(huán)境下新的審計方式,促進提高審計工作效率和質(zhì)量”的要求,使審計信息化取得了顯著的成果。然而,在目前審計系統(tǒng)的應(yīng)用中,無論是AO、OA系統(tǒng),還是各級審計機關(guān)信息化人員開發(fā)的系統(tǒng),大致都圍繞著處理審計事務(wù)、提高審計流程效率的方向發(fā)展,都屬于內(nèi)部審計平臺,但在實際工作中,由于審計是成立不久的部門,許多被審計單位對審計的內(nèi)容、流程并不了解,這就需要建設(shè)一個審計機關(guān)與被審單位溝通的平臺,一個公開的審計項目管理系統(tǒng)。 本文首先介紹了審計項目公開管理系統(tǒng)的研究背景、項目意義和目前的研究與應(yīng)用現(xiàn)狀,明確了論文研究的內(nèi)容和主要工作,其次,在業(yè)務(wù)需求分析中,詳細分析了被審計單位與審計人員對審計項目公開管理系統(tǒng)的需求,包括審計人員管理、審計項目計劃、審計項目文檔管理、審計項目進度管理、被審計單位管理等；在功能分析中,通過用例分析和用例描述,對審計項目公開管理系統(tǒng)進行了詳細講解；其次,在數(shù)據(jù)分析中,通過功能數(shù)據(jù)分析、實體類關(guān)系分析和數(shù)據(jù)庫表,對審計項目公開管理系統(tǒng)進行了分析。最后,對本文進行了總結(jié),并對下一步審計信息化工作進行了展望。
[Abstract]:Since the second phase of the project, the on-site audit implementation system (AO) and the audit management system (OAA) have been fully put into use, audit institutions at all levels have responded positively to the Audit Office's "vigorously popularizing advanced audit techniques and methods." In order to improve the efficiency and quality of audit work, we should actively explore new auditing methods under the information environment, and achieve remarkable results in auditing informatization. However, in the current application of audit system, no matter in AOOA system, Or, the systems developed by the informationization personnel of audit institutions at all levels are generally developed around the direction of handling audit affairs and improving the efficiency of the audit process. They all belong to the internal audit platform. However, in actual work, because audit is a department that has not been established soon, Many auditees do not know the contents of the audit and the process, which requires the construction of a platform for communication between audit institutions and the auditees, and an open audit project management system. This paper first introduces the research background, significance and current research and application status of the audit project open management system, defines the content and main work of the paper, and secondly, in the business requirements analysis, Detailed analysis of the audit units and auditors of the audit project public management system requirements, including auditor management, audit project planning, audit project document management, audit project schedule management, audit unit management; In the function analysis, through the use case analysis and the use case description, has carried on the detailed explanation to the audit project open management system; secondly, in the data analysis, through the function data analysis, the entity class relation analysis and the database table, This paper analyzes the open management system of audit project. Finally, it summarizes this paper and looks forward to the next step of audit information work.
