【摘要】：旅游強(qiáng)市的建設(shè),離不開旅游項(xiàng)目的開發(fā)和打造,濟(jì)寧市旅游業(yè)的發(fā)展推動(dòng)了旅游經(jīng)濟(jì)的活躍,旅游業(yè)和旅游產(chǎn)品的品牌打造,能過形成吸引消費(fèi)者的旅游資源,通過旅游者消費(fèi),帶動(dòng)旅游經(jīng)濟(jì)的進(jìn)一步發(fā)展,旅游業(yè)和旅游經(jīng)濟(jì)之間呈現(xiàn)良好互動(dòng)。旅游業(yè)的發(fā)展帶動(dòng)了以旅游為主的旅游產(chǎn)業(yè)的發(fā)展,促進(jìn)了人們的休閑消費(fèi)意識(shí),重新分配社會(huì)資源,通過開發(fā)一批重要的、新型的旅游項(xiàng)目,把旅游建立在高層次、高消費(fèi)的基礎(chǔ)上,通過旅游項(xiàng)目的建設(shè),為山東省旅游大省作為經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的重大突破口,不斷創(chuàng)新旅游產(chǎn)品,改革旅游產(chǎn)業(yè),發(fā)展旅游模式,加強(qiáng)山東省在全國(guó)的旅游中心地位。濟(jì)寧市旅游局旅游產(chǎn)業(yè)項(xiàng)目動(dòng)態(tài)管理系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計(jì)采用基于B/S架構(gòu)的UML建模方式,快速架構(gòu)了項(xiàng)目管理各個(gè)功能模塊,并保證了各功能模塊功能上的獨(dú)立性和良好的擴(kuò)展性,通過JSP技術(shù)和J2EE框架實(shí)現(xiàn)人機(jī)互動(dòng)界面。系統(tǒng)的開發(fā)建立在對(duì)旅游產(chǎn)業(yè)項(xiàng)目動(dòng)態(tài)監(jiān)管工作需求分析的基礎(chǔ)上,通過類圖視圖化描述項(xiàng)目管理不同模塊的類關(guān)系,通過時(shí)序圖可視化地動(dòng)態(tài)描述項(xiàng)目管理作業(yè)的先后順序。對(duì)重要的數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)概念模型的建立進(jìn)行描述,重要的功能界面實(shí)現(xiàn)進(jìn)行闡述,對(duì)系統(tǒng)的應(yīng)用效果進(jìn)行測(cè)試,基本滿足時(shí)間需求、功能可靠需求和功能擴(kuò)展需求。濟(jì)寧市旅游局旅游產(chǎn)業(yè)項(xiàng)目動(dòng)態(tài)管理系統(tǒng)為提高濟(jì)寧市旅游項(xiàng)目在線信息化監(jiān)管,加強(qiáng)自動(dòng)化辦公效率,提高旅游業(yè)的動(dòng)態(tài)發(fā)展具有一定的推動(dòng)作用,重點(diǎn)實(shí)現(xiàn)了重大建設(shè)項(xiàng)目管理、招商引資項(xiàng)目管理、旅游項(xiàng)目信息查詢、旅游項(xiàng)目信息匯總等模塊功能。該系統(tǒng)是一款網(wǎng)絡(luò)化項(xiàng)目管理系統(tǒng),通過對(duì)項(xiàng)目基本信息、每月進(jìn)度信息和資金信息、項(xiàng)目實(shí)施問題、質(zhì)量監(jiān)管信息的采集、整理和整合,形成一個(gè)全面的綜合信息源,通過系統(tǒng)的信息互動(dòng)平臺(tái),實(shí)現(xiàn)對(duì)項(xiàng)目實(shí)時(shí)跟蹤調(diào)度和信息反饋,從而有助于及時(shí)協(xié)調(diào)解決項(xiàng)目建設(shè)中存在的矛盾和問題。數(shù)據(jù)報(bào)送功能主要實(shí)現(xiàn)項(xiàng)目簡(jiǎn)介信息、項(xiàng)目基本信息、月報(bào)信息等信息的快速上報(bào),以及上級(jí)領(lǐng)導(dǎo)臨時(shí)布置的急需數(shù)據(jù)信息的快速上報(bào)。綜合匯總分析功能主要實(shí)現(xiàn)以靈活及自定義方式對(duì)項(xiàng)目籌建情況進(jìn)行匯總分析,如按項(xiàng)目類型、按所在區(qū)域、按聯(lián)系領(lǐng)導(dǎo)等多種方式對(duì)項(xiàng)目進(jìn)行匯總分析及對(duì)比,對(duì)匯總結(jié)果提供多表格展示、圖形展示及數(shù)據(jù)導(dǎo)出功能。綜合查詢功能主要實(shí)現(xiàn)對(duì)項(xiàng)目進(jìn)度信息進(jìn)行快速檢索查詢,并對(duì)查詢結(jié)果提供按項(xiàng)目總體情況、按項(xiàng)目整體進(jìn)度、按各類型項(xiàng)目、按各區(qū)域進(jìn)度分類綜合展示和統(tǒng)計(jì),同時(shí),能根據(jù)需要形成各種上報(bào)表格。

By redistributing social resources, by developing a number of important, new tourism projects, establishing tourism on the basis of high level and high consumption, and through the construction of tourism projects, the major tourist provinces of Shandong Province will be regarded as major breakthroughs in economic development. The dynamic management system of tourism industry project of Jining Tourism Bureau is designed by using UML modeling method based on B / S structure.
