【摘要】:隨著我國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)的快速發(fā)展,對(duì)電力的需求和要求都越來(lái)越高。輸變電工程為主要內(nèi)容的電網(wǎng)建設(shè)將迎來(lái)更快更新的發(fā)展。因此,大力開(kāi)展輸變電工程項(xiàng)目經(jīng)濟(jì)效益評(píng)價(jià)將尤為重要。在此背景條件下,研究輸變電工程建設(shè)項(xiàng)目的經(jīng)濟(jì)效益評(píng)價(jià)問(wèn)題,對(duì)增強(qiáng)我國(guó)輸變電工程類(lèi)似項(xiàng)目的管理水平有著重要的實(shí)際意義。本文以泊江海輸變電工程項(xiàng)目為背景,研究輸變電工程項(xiàng)目綜合效益評(píng)價(jià)。首先介紹了選題背景以及意義,通過(guò)相關(guān)文獻(xiàn)的查閱,系統(tǒng)分析了國(guó)內(nèi)外項(xiàng)目綜合評(píng)價(jià)的研究現(xiàn)狀,其次,對(duì)相關(guān)綜合評(píng)價(jià)理論方法進(jìn)行介紹,結(jié)合輸變電工程的特點(diǎn)以及效益評(píng)價(jià)的特點(diǎn),選取層次分析法和模糊綜合評(píng)價(jià)方法對(duì)該工程項(xiàng)目進(jìn)行綜合效益評(píng)價(jià);再次,介紹了輸變電工程建設(shè)規(guī)模并分析了工程建設(shè)的特點(diǎn),然后從技術(shù)效益、經(jīng)濟(jì)效益、社會(huì)效益、節(jié)能降耗四個(gè)方面對(duì)該項(xiàng)目進(jìn)行分析研究,并以此為基礎(chǔ)構(gòu)建該項(xiàng)目綜合評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)體系;最后,運(yùn)用層次分析法計(jì)算各個(gè)指標(biāo)的權(quán)重,根據(jù)選取的模糊綜合評(píng)價(jià)方法對(duì)輸變電工程效益進(jìn)行綜合評(píng)價(jià),得出評(píng)價(jià)評(píng)價(jià)結(jié)果為良好,基于結(jié)果分析,反映了泊江海輸變電工程項(xiàng)目的可行性,并且具有良好的經(jīng)濟(jì)效益,同時(shí)符合節(jié)能降耗的要求。本課題研究成果對(duì)電力工程項(xiàng)目的決策以及對(duì)推廣電力工程項(xiàng)目提供了科學(xué)的依據(jù),同時(shí)也對(duì)相應(yīng)的電力工程項(xiàng)目的綜合效益評(píng)價(jià)具有一定的借鑒意義。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of economy in our country, the demand and demand for electric power are becoming higher and higher. The power grid construction, which is the main content of transmission and transformation project, will meet the development of faster renewal. It will be very important to carry out the economic benefit evaluation of transmission and transformation project. Under this background, the economic benefit evaluation of transmission and transformation project is studied. It is of great practical significance to strengthen the management level of similar projects of transmission and transformation projects in China. This paper studies the comprehensive benefit evaluation of transmission and transformation projects based on the project of Pojianghai transmission and transformation projects. Firstly, the background and significance of the topics are introduced. Through the reference of relevant documents, this paper systematically analyzes the research status of comprehensive evaluation of projects at home and abroad. Secondly, it introduces the theory and method of related comprehensive evaluation, and combines the characteristics of transmission and transformation projects and the characteristics of benefit evaluation. The analytic hierarchy process (AHP) and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method are selected to evaluate the comprehensive benefit of the project. Thirdly, the paper introduces the scale of transmission and transformation project construction and analyzes the characteristics of the project construction, and then from the technical benefits, economic benefits, social benefits, Four aspects of energy saving and consumption reduction are analyzed and studied, and based on this, the comprehensive evaluation index system of the project is constructed. Finally, the weight of each index is calculated by using the Analytic hierarchy process (AHP). According to the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method selected, the comprehensive evaluation of transmission and transformation project benefit is obtained, and the evaluation result is good. Based on the analysis of the result, it reflects the feasibility of the power transmission and transformation project in Pojianghai, and has good economic benefit. At the same time, it meets the requirements of saving energy and reducing consumption. The research results of this paper provide a scientific basis for the decision-making of power engineering projects and the promotion of power engineering projects. At the same time, it has certain reference significance to the comprehensive benefit evaluation of the corresponding electric power engineering project.
