【摘要】：本文闡述了掙值法項目成本控制的原理、方法、成本管理過程、成本核算和控制過程,在論述過程中,運用項目成本管理的理論知識,就農村污水處理項目成本核算的實例入手,分析其成本核算流程。通過對實地考察的數(shù)據(jù)收集,分析并處理污水處理項目成本,發(fā)現(xiàn)污水處理項目成本投入缺乏有序性,對整體進度的規(guī)劃欠缺和前期成本控制欠妥,失衡現(xiàn)象明顯。針對于上述問題,根據(jù)項目成本控制的概念與原理,提出從項目準備階段、項目實施以及預測竣工驗收階段,對污水處理項目的各階段的成本進行分步控制,并且根據(jù)污水處理項目出現(xiàn)的問題及時提出相對應的措施和建議對項目的成本進行控制和糾正偏差,實現(xiàn)成本控制的標準化。通過污水處理項目的成本控制,運用掙值法糾正偏差,制定出了合理的實施計劃,項目成本的實時控制有效保證了項目的正�；蜆藴驶�,并確保項目的順利進行并最終實現(xiàn)項目的管理目標。研究結果表明：我國農村生活污水處理工程設施運用掙值值法能及時發(fā)現(xiàn)問題并采取相應措施,提高項目管理的可預見性,真正實現(xiàn)信息集成化管理以及動態(tài)控制。
[Abstract]:This paper expounds the principle, method, cost management process, cost accounting and control process of earned value method project cost control, and applies the theory knowledge of project cost management in the process. Starting with the example of cost accounting of rural sewage treatment project, this paper analyzes the process of cost accounting. Through the data collection of field investigation, the cost of sewage treatment project is analyzed and treated, and it is found that the cost input of sewage treatment project is lack of order. For the above problems, according to the concept and principle of project cost control, it is put forward from the stage of project preparation, the implementation of the project and the stage of predicting the completion and acceptance. The cost of each stage of the sewage treatment project is controlled step by step, and according to the problems of the sewage treatment project, the corresponding measures and suggestions are put forward in time to control and correct the cost of the project. Through the cost control of sewage treatment project and using the earned value method to correct the deviation, the reasonable implementation plan is worked out. The real-time control of the project cost effectively ensures the normalization and standardization of the project. The research results show that the earned value method can be used to find the problems and take corresponding measures to improve the predictability of project management. Realize information integration management and dynamic control.
